After trying several solutions that most of them are very well known I was lucky to get a recommendation from a dear friend to try AITrillion. As the app has many features it seemed overwhelming to me, but thanks to their awesome onboarding team I could have a quick and smooth transfer and saved a lot of money by activating all features. Being 1 app with several features with 1 code helped me reducing the number of apps I used to have which saved me not only money but a lot of codes that were slowing down my page load speed. Fantastic solution

We use AiTrillion primarily to do email marketing, email automations, website popups and announcement bars. It was simple to install and embed into the website. It is successfully capturing email addresses and phone numbers . Very useful for email broadcasts to our customer base. The email creator is intuitive and we found it to be one of the well thought interfaces we have come across thus far.Thank you for creating this app for Shopify! The support has been instant and responsive from the beginning. He is hoping the team keeps up that kind of engagement going further.

This app has great potential but the support is non-existent. Out of 20+ tickets they may have responded to a few. The videos they have are great as an overview but there are still questions you'll need answered and you'll be lucky to get a reply. I even emailed them several times with this complaint and no answer.

Amazing app and support. We are working with Ai Trillion for over a year now and the features this app provides are amazing. We were able to improve sales by over 25% by enabling Email automation and many other functions this app provides. The support given to fix issues or simply help improve the performance is beyond what I would expect. Such an amazing app can highly recommend it.

Great App! If you are looking for a solution that will allow your customers to come back for more with loyalty, emails, reviews, etc., you are looking at the right one! This app helps us in removing multiple apps which we are using for the store. They are helping us a lot and super patient. Jacq was helping us all the way and making it a success.

This app is fraudulent DO NOT USE. I had customer service discontinue my subscription. Yet they still charged me for the next month. I contacted customer service and they claim I wasn’t charged after I sent all my information showing charges.

The app is user-friendly. However, there is a lot of back-end code tweaks that needs to be done since Shopify is basically many apps layering each other, which comes to my point whereby the Support Team is amazing at solving almost all my issues and in a very timely manner as well. AI Trillion is so helpful! They provide wonderful instructions with pictures that really assist a non-coding person, like my self, with the ability to set most things up on a website, However, no matter how simple their instructions are, they are here to help you out! they are prompt with response and quick to fix the issue at hand! I moved to Shopify after seeing this plugin on a client's site. It does everything 600 plugins on WooCommerce would do. There were a few issues (I like all my site elements to have the same theme), and their amazing support specialist Preetam D was there to help me every time. I don't often leave reviews, but this company and that support specialist deserve more than five stars!

Rishav helped me with SMS and was amazing! AiTrillion offers very useful tools for your business, but what is even better is they offer help in implementing their tools. I'm not a developer, and they extra help is the only way I could get the tool up and running. I'm transitioning from another emailing marketing app and they have been very helpful.
