I like that they have tutorial videos on different sections of the app. Customer service is also great! just be mindful of the time difference from between countries. The app does need some work but I contacted customer service and they helped me out big time. I had scheduled My announcement bar to start at 12 am for Black Friday but it did not show in my store so I contacted customer service and he fixed it for me alone with some other things I needed help with especially with the coding part lol

AiTrillion provided great technical support and training concerning any changes or api integration with our website. They also provide training support concerning any questions or support I needed for my website. Great app for CMS and automated marketing.

The customer service is superb- It has intuitive layouts training library that makes using this service a dream. Would recommend 100%!

Great app with far more capabilities than I initially understood. Even on the community plan. Even greater customer commitment and support. We had a glitch in setting up email marketing: it was expertly and quickly resolved in real time, by Sohreb, who was very courteous and reassuring. Thanks AI Trillion! Will consider upgrading our plan as we see results.

UPDATE: Still enjoying this app, Customer Service is amazing! Enjoying this app and love the support given to set it up correctly as well as teach me how to use it to the fullest potential. Update: Very prompt and helpful response to an issue I was having with my store. Thank you.

I have used several email marketing apps, but this app is by far the best. It covers all aspects of email marketing. Though in the beginning I found it tedious to begin with, but the support has been quite great. They are always there to help, which you can't find in other apps. I will highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to increase their email marketing.

So far I am really enjoying all the features and easy configuration options as well as the Customer Service! I had a couple questions and was immediately able to speak with Namit for over an hour. He happily answered all my questions and gave me a lot of good information on how to find additional answers to commonly asked questions about setting up an Affiliate program.

This app is sort of all in one. The customer service was good. I had a question and somebody from their team helped me with the issue.

This app offers a lot of capability. The AIT team is very responsive and helpful when needing assistance.

Love the app especially for pop ups and review automation. Could give more for the $9 package though.

Good app but greedy billing and Rip off ! they auto upgrade you if you go beyond the treshold , they cannot generate a report of what customer counts are , unethical practices despite hacing several conversations , extremely complex and time consuming to remove customers from system we will report this to shopify compliance team , there is no problem with the app but the people running it are a big problem.

It is very easy to use this app. It has beautiful free templates. The customer staff do respond on time to concerns.

We have been with Aitrillion for close to 5 years. They have been instrumental over the years in helping us move forward to keep up with the fast paced changes that have happened. They have many features and are constantly updating there platform. It's an all in one solution. We have a recent issue that was handled beautifully by Hritik Chouhan who has was very kinda and gracious.

Customer service is great I needed help getting everything started and they had me set up within a day.

Love AiTrillion, tons of functions. And customer support is always quick and to the point. No need to subscribe multiple apps since AiTrillion literally has it all.

Very easy app to install and customise. Customers seem to love interacting with it and there's a definite boost in traffic. Great support available too.

My popups don't even show, and it's false advertising its not a free app good features cost money. Like I think the app is broken
