AiT Loyalty, Review & WhatsApp

Only two days into using this, a steep learning curve but well documented, and the support has been very efficient and fast in both instances I requested help. I think this is excellent value for money and I look forward to seeing how these integrations help my Shopify store.

I'm still getting used to this app (there is so much to learn!) so for now I will leave it at 4 stars with room for another star. I've needed help with two issues and they were resolved in a timely manner. For me, customer service is so important and so far, so good with Ai.

This app does not offer a 'Preview' option or even a 'Go Live' option. These are standard in order for stores to see what features they've implemented. I signed up for a customer account in my store (Offered by Shopify) to see what the features were. There are absolutely none! No newsletter or exit intent pop-ups, no loyalty rewards or new arrivals pop-up; all of which I setup & should be live. Yet when I log into my admin dashboard it shows that the customer account I created had interacted. Proving this are false analytics in the admin dashboard. When I reached out to support asking how to see a preview of what I setup they sent me a demo video & said if I wanted to preview the features or receive further assistance I would need to upgrade to the paid plan. I told them I cannot justify paying for something I cannot even preview first to see if it works properly. They then requested to access my store in order to set up the app on a preview theme. I am not granting collaborator access to my store. This app seems to be an all in one solution, one that I would even consider paying monthly for, had I been able to see that basic features worked. As I said, upon testing this as a customer I saw absolutely nothing on my website. Without a way to preview this how can I be sure it works. Why is previewing this a paid feature when that is standard on all apps prior to going live? 3 stars because my experience proved poor.

Been a huge help Preetam's customer service is great when setting up my shop I spoke to him everyday for at least a week and gave me as much help as I needed.

Asked if they could reduce to the size of the loyalty widget for better visibility on my mobile phone. They said it's not possible. I don't believe that at all. Anything in a website can have the size changed. They don't want to help me for unknown reasons. Now insisting I get on the phone with them. Refusing to discuss over email. Very unprofessional. Now have to report them to Shopify and figure out how to remove the app that is fully imbedded in my website.

this is a complex app full of really cool features. It's slightly daunting to go through them, but they will set it up for you. I went back in and tweaked a little here and there to make it more my brand. I've been really happy with the service and how it performs. *they DO bribe you for a 5 star review in exchange for emails, and are sort of pushy with it. I don't do bribes for reviews, and gave myself some time to live with this app, use it, and see how my clients respond to it, and I've been very pleased. I don't use the email platform, since I prefer using mailchimp, so the email bribery doesn't mean much to me ;-)

I know little about computer apps and this was recommended, it has everything I need thou it has taken awhile to work around it but the customer service helping me has been absolutely fantastic, if only other tech companies treated their customers the same way, it would make life so much easier. Highly recommended!

I used this app last 15 days its working well and good customer support also, i have only one issues its still not solved.

I like that its completely seamless and since I don't have a lot of time to stay on top of all the different app, AiTrillion does it all in one stroke. It couldn't be easier since I'm not a developer but I get the same results.

Amazing service! I'm glad I decided to use them to help me get started with Shopify! I enjoy having a platform with most of the services that I need to run my marketing in one spot. Their customer service is also very attentive. So far, so good!

I added this app looking for a better loyalty rewards UI. The ability to embed on a page is a much better experience for my customers, and the additional features make this a great value. I had a small issue with style conflicting with the store theme, but the support team was very responsive and helpful!

Just started using this app, the support is brilliant, both fast and knowledgeable. We are excited to put it to it's full use. It does so much more than we originally expected.

I have been using this app since April 2020. Have found the support to be good and the usually respond to the chat (might depend on time of day). I love how easily the Loyalty seems to work with the POS. I am happy to get email, loyalty rewards and other features all in one. The price is also excellent.

I have used the free version of this app for a few months now and it has some really nice features! The rewards scheme is comprehensive and the reviews system is great too! Even tho I have swapped away from the AItrillion reviews due to the theme I still use it to gather reviews to export onto the other review system! My only gripe is the large AItrillion branding on the rewards scheme but it's a small price to pay for what is a great free suite of tools! Thank you AItrillion

The app is very convenient! It's no doubt an ALL-IN-ONE app, including email marketing, loyalty rewards, announcement bar, insight and may more. It's also very user friendly!

Love the review function, has really helped give my products a good reputation. I now have over 1500 5-star reviews on my products and it really helps customers make decisions. The rewards system is being used a lot by customers so a great retention tool. It was really easy to set up. A lot of customers use the points and I like being able to reward them for making my life easier, byt setting up accounts and leaving reviews. It took me a while to get round to using some of the features, like the "trending products' and 'New arrivals' widgets, and I am so glad I did, I get a lot of sales from these. It is good to have all these different functions in one place, and one cost. I am constantly going back to the app and using more features as I understand them and am ready to do them.I am not at all tech-savvy so it took me a while to work out how to do some things, but Preetam and the team are always there when I need them and they sort things out quickly and explain to me in laymans' terms what is going on. I now have a Professional level subscription and feel it is well worth it.

Great tool to keep in touch with customers automatically and repeat sales. Excellent tools within the app to maximize on customers visiting the site again and again.

Great app! Used it primarily for the reward program, but many other cool features that would normally take much more time. super easy to set up, quick support. Try it!
