Just started using this app, the support is brilliant, both fast and knowledgeable. We are excited to put it to it's full use. It does so much more than we originally expected.
I have been using this app since April 2020. Have found the support to be good and the usually respond to the chat (might depend on time of day). I love how easily the Loyalty seems to work with the POS. I am happy to get email, loyalty rewards and other features all in one. The price is also excellent.
I have used the free version of this app for a few months now and it has some really nice features! The rewards scheme is comprehensive and the reviews system is great too! Even tho I have swapped away from the AItrillion reviews due to the theme I still use it to gather reviews to export onto the other review system! My only gripe is the large AItrillion branding on the rewards scheme but it's a small price to pay for what is a great free suite of tools! Thank you AItrillion
The app is very convenient! It's no doubt an ALL-IN-ONE app, including email marketing, loyalty rewards, announcement bar, insight and may more. It's also very user friendly!
Love the review function, has really helped give my products a good reputation. I now have over 1500 5-star reviews on my products and it really helps customers make decisions. The rewards system is being used a lot by customers so a great retention tool. It was really easy to set up. A lot of customers use the points and I like being able to reward them for making my life easier, byt setting up accounts and leaving reviews. It took me a while to get round to using some of the features, like the "trending products' and 'New arrivals' widgets, and I am so glad I did, I get a lot of sales from these. It is good to have all these different functions in one place, and one cost. I am constantly going back to the app and using more features as I understand them and am ready to do them.I am not at all tech-savvy so it took me a while to work out how to do some things, but Preetam and the team are always there when I need them and they sort things out quickly and explain to me in laymans' terms what is going on. I now have a Professional level subscription and feel it is well worth it.

Great tool to keep in touch with customers automatically and repeat sales. Excellent tools within the app to maximize on customers visiting the site again and again.
Great app! Used it primarily for the reward program, but many other cool features that would normally take much more time. super easy to set up, quick support. Try it!

What is wrong with the app.? I was charged $1299 by showing $0.00 or a free trial. I instantly removed the app. This is really really bad and a cheap way to deduct money.
AiTrillion has been a great way to communicate with customers. I am able to get great insight on my customer on what they are looking for. There support is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable to help setup when I changed my theme and needed to add AiTrillion to the new theme.
I love this app, it maybe on its initial phase but future looks bright keep improving AiTrillion Team

This is the Swiss Army knife of app, it has everything you could ask for. Really has helped us with marketing our site and getting good traffic. also have some great customer 24/7 service too.

Work about fine and then start asking for credit card details on login for "store ownership verification purposes" As if. App has been deleted and will never be trusted

For the trust, Aitrillion is owned by AAAecommerce Inc, with 10+ various other apps on Shopify, also have 1000+ stores signed up in just the last 60 days. You can read tons of reviews on Shopify by 100's of sellers using it. For your issue specifically, We have a standard way of seller verification of the account. It's mandatory for us to follow industry standards for customer data protection & CAN-SPAM act using the consumer data. Our Ai if detects any anomaly automatically, does ask for store owner verification on the AiTrillion.com account created by anyone. Sometimes the Aitrilion account is created by a web agency doing the website & the owner doesn't know about it. However, we have many ways of verification, like via phone & domain-specific email submission too. Hence, we can solve your issue by various means.
easy & good app i am still testing the app, but until now i didn't catch the expected results, hope the results be more effective reports and analysis should be more advanced

This app is truly amazing and helps with automation. While I am still very new at using it, it's working well so far and will be back to add to my comment if need be. The agent helped me set it up from start to finish, no stress at all. Plus, it is free! I definitely recommend using the app.
