Hard start, but excellent technical and commercial support in the end We’ve been using Ali Reviews for over 2 years. Recently we faced a serious issue with the Amazon importer and SEO schema. While the initial support was a bit slow, once the management and the DEV team (shoutout to Lauren and Dawn) stepped in, they took our feedback seriously. They fixed the technical bugs and offered us a very fair long-term deal to compensate for the downtime. It’s a powerful tool, and it’s good to know they stand behind their long-term customers when things get complicated. Recommended for their commitment to fixing issues.

This is the worst app in Shopify Store i am not sure why this app has 4.8 star. I enabled the yearly subscription only to find out that the app is not compatible with my store design and they refused to refund my money they are criminals. The stupid girl Lauren said they do not refund yearly subscription! idiot! it's my money and when your product isnt working you dont keep someones money its called stealing - i literally messaged you less than 5 hrs after the subscription was made to cancel it
