They delete the live chat, so if we have a problem, we cant contact them, horrible service
Hi José, Here's Lauren from Ali Reviews I'm sorry that the live chat disappear so you cannot contact us when you had issue. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to reach support, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To understand the issue better, we have looked into this on our end. Here is what we found: 1. Our team tested the live chat performance and confirmed that it is stable for all users. We also used a VPN to change our location to Peru and were still able to see the live chat properly. https://prnt.sc/HEir5xpdyQKB 2. We also confirmed that we are still receiving messages from other users. During the time you tried to contact us on October 17th, we had 84 ongoing conversations on live chat. https://prnt.sc/z6jy42CYf0v8 When checking, we found that the live chat might be not displayed when the browser is fully stored caches or when a network is private. Here are few ways to make it display again in-app: * Please try to clear your browser's caches. * Check if there are any IP blocks or firewalls on your end that might be interfering. * You could also try using a VPN plugin like 1.1.1.1 https://one.one.one.one/.
