We also confirmed that we are still receiving messages from other users. During the time you tried to contact us on October 17th, we had 84 ongoing conversations on live chat. https://prnt.sc/z6jy42CYf0v8 When checking, we found that the live chat might be not displayed when the browser is fully stored caches or when a network is private. Here are few ways to make it display again in-app: * Please try to clear your browser's caches. * Check if there are any IP blocks or firewalls on your end that might be interfering. * You could also try using a VPN plugin like 1.1.1.1 https://one.one.one.one/.
