I’ve been using the AliReview app for a while now, and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Update pt 2 November 2025 - They actually released the custom domain and DMARC items, i was super happy to get that email but of course they paywalled it so its not even accessable on the basic plan. So they did not fix anything and this is the first app we haave seen that paywalls a DMARC verification that should be standard. These people are super good at letting you down. PS. Alir imports are still only working under a private browser tab. Updated – November 2025 After months of using AliReviews and sending thousands of orders, we haven’t received a single review from the automated email requests. We dug into the issue and found that the sender email AliReviews uses isn’t valid or authenticated. There’s also no way to verify it with SPF, DKIM, or DMARC, which means the emails never make it to customer inboxes. They simply get filtered out as spam. There’s no delivery or bounce reporting either, so you can’t even tell if the emails are going out at all. Support acknowledged the issue but wasn’t able to offer any fix or option to authenticate the sender. At this point, the only part of the app that works reliably is importing reviews, and even that takes extra steps and workarounds. For a paid app, this is a major letdown. We’ve turned off the email requests completely and are moving to another platform that actually delivers emails and provides real reporting. In short, not one email ever reached a customer inbox, and support couldn’t solve it. The review import feature is the only thing that functions as expected. August 1, 2025: (4 Star) AliReviews offers solid features and has worked well for our needs so far. We were able to resolve most issues on our own, and overall, the app performs as expected. We’ll continue to monitor its performance moving forward.

Could you please allow us once to check it. Because on our side, we can see the button on our test store. We have the Bulk import with AI from AliExpress for 50 products at once, have you tried it. very very very bad experience with the application - 5 starts!!!

Yesterday, DEV and technical teams have checked and reset review data for your store and unfortunately, the issue happened one more time after the teams' fix. Your app was not displaying correctly on my website. I asked you to fix it, and to do so, you requested permissions and disabled the COD (Cash on Delivery) purchase button. The problem is that you didn’t inform me about this, and by the time I realized it, hours had gone by without any sales. That means we were wasting money on ads driving traffic to a website with no purchase option. I’ve lost quite a lot of money because of this. The app itself is good, but giving your technicians access to the site has turned out to be risky

First of all, we are really sorry for the inconveniences that your store had when the Cash on Delivery section has not been displaying. We understand that you might think it is due to our app's Review Box when this section is under Review Box. However, we only re-synchronized the app widget and review data to make the review load and display properly. We did not take any action on Cash on Delivery section. From our team, we diagnosed the Cash on Delivery section might be hidden accidentally by anyone or it has been conflicted by the theme code. You can go to Admin Settings > General > scroll down to the end and access Store activity log to check the action on the theme and Cash on Delivery section. I sought the support of the team to set up the app and was assisted by Harwin. I find the app really helpful in importing reviews automatically from aliexpress with just a few clicks. The only downside is the price. Other than that I have no other concerns. I would really recommend the app. ShelloCB.
