downloaded the app recently. its pretty simple and user friendly. i am new in this and their tech support is available literally 24/7 and they fix every issue i get. as a beginner i strongly recommend their services. Update: after using the app for a couple of months now, i can just say its a great tool for reviews on your store, but most importantly their tech support is truly great. they take the time to understand your issues and take the necessary steps to fix them and that is crucial for store owners like me. i chatted with Karina and Lewis and both were amazing help. strongly recommended after 2 years of Kudosi: great product and service. great assistance from Mya
