Ali Reviews caused over 20% drop in sales in last two days which was from page speed loading time of almost 12 seconds from our previous 1-2 seconds. Shopify couldn't figure this out over the last two days but finally found it the issue in the code for AliExpress. I'm sure many other customers were affected. Please fix.

Very good app, nice display of reviews and a very good costumer service that helps you with all your problems, even on Sundays! Alene, Harwin, Raymond, Kate and Jennifer did a great job helping me out with so many tasks, couldn't think of a better review app. The recent update improved a lot of things and introduced new helpful options. Seri was there to guide me trough the new features and quickly assisted me with integrating the new system into my custom theme. Thanks a lot!

Echt Top App, Also kann ich jedem empfehlen. App kooperiert super mit den Themes, gibt es doch mal ein Problem ist der Support sofort für einen da Mich hatte Petey betreut, absolut kompetenter Mann, kurz ein Zugang zum Shop gegeben, nach 10 Minuten lief alles wieder einwandfrei. Super ist auch die Option automatisiert alle reviews einzufügen, alles dann im besten Fall noch bisschen abändern und 1000 Verkäufe aufgrund top Bewertungen steht nichts mehr im wege. Also 10/10, Support 10/10. Alles im ganzen top :D Grüße

Blown away by the app and especially by the customer service from Muffin! I just installed the app and setup a review, and she instantly jumped in to notify me that the widget was not displaying right on my theme, and then fixed the whole thing in 3 min, simply amazin!

It is a great app overall. Enough flexibility in terms of layout design, import parameters and settings.. However, I was not able to fix few things on my own and Seri resolved all the issues and request I had. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at the end. I just started using it now, looks great, I recommend it..
