This app works perfectly for what we need, which is to connect our Amazon inventory to Shopify directly. Customer service has been outstanding since the beginning. We have been in touch with Keterson. He's being so nice and helpful.

I started selling my products on Amazon with shpify using this app! Was really good with a very good support from Keterson. He helped me a lot and it was very easy to schedule more than one call to have real-time assistant! Thank you very much! I recommend it! ;)

Best Amazon integration app for Shopify stores. After Amazon discontinued support for the original app, this development raised up as the best and most complete. It has so many features and tools, it can be a bit tricky to setup. But once the ball is rolling, it works smooth.

I met with Keterson Navarre on Google meet. Keterson was very helpful in explaining how to exporting items. He was also very patient and took his time. I am very happy with my call today and will not hesitate to meet with Keterson again.

App is completely glitchy/unpredictable and customer service is MIA - I have had no Amazon orders come through for 24 hours now and I've only received one response back from customer service over the last 12 hours in which they only asked for more details when my first request was plenty detailed that NOTHING is working. I'd give 1/2 a star if I could, customer service is literally nowhere to be found and it looks like we're going to be penalized by Amazon for not fulfilling order orders in time - because we pay for an app that doesn't work. Going into day 2 of not being able to fulfill our orders. SUPER COOL!

So far so good. After learning how to use this app with the help of their awesome support I'm starting to see how much of an advantage this is to sync it to my existing Shopify store. It saves me so much time! Thank you :)

The app does what it is supposed to do. So 5 star for that. It also has many features to help the merchant work smoothly with Amazon. Issues have arisen in terms of timing in the orders and therefore not organised etc, but the support team is fast and efficient. So another 5 star for that. We have been with the app for now 5 months and overall very satisfied and pleased. So another 5 star for that. The only thing i would say is it could be a little cheaper as when you sell small items you do need a certain volume to cover the costs (app subscription fees, amazon subscriptions fees, amazon commissions, amazon refunds (which are high vs our online store), etc)... but overall this is a detail and the app is well worth it! This app has a LOT of features, and you have a LOT of control over how your products and orders sync compared to other apps on the market. BUT the app stops working from time to time and does not import the orders, so if you have to constantly check amazon everyday to make sure orders got shipped out. I've reached out to support multiple times and I never get a response back and they NEVER notify you when the sync stops working. I originally gave them a 4 star but now I am changing it to a 1 star and looking to get off the app.

An incredibly powerful app that is highly recommended. When shopify first announced they were discontinuing the Amazon sales channel, like many, we panicked and immediately started looking at alternative solutions. After testing 2-3 apps, we quickly learned that Amazon Integration Plus is by far the best and also happened to be the most affordable. The things this app is able to do are absolutely incredible. On top of that, they have great and very responsive customer support (Shout to Keterson for all the help!). The only minor drawback with this app is that it is a bit technical and has a longer learning curve which less technical savvy individuals may find difficult, but more technical people would really enjoy due to the increidble options it offers. Thank you for designing and maintaining such a great app!

A great app that help's with the integration of your store onto the Amazon platform. A little difficult to navigate without a screen share tutorial but once I was shown how it works it was off to the races.

I had an issue with the feed going into Amazon. I emailed twice for support and zero response. Not good so I deleted the app not worth the hassle or excuses when they do finally answer due to a bad review. I wish Shopify would sort out the crappy apps and get rid of them if they can't handle support. - I recently did a 5 star review with godatafeed not 1 out of 5 but how would you know that?? just because I gave a negative review you think stalking a woman is cool, really concerned here?? 11/06/21 -Again you have not listened, instead you have been stalking me and as I explained as a woman it makes me uncomfortable.
