Poor communication. Was working well for us, but app goes down but we do not receive a notification.

I haven't found a way to import all of my Amazon orders, in one single swoop, but their support was very responsive, and they are working on this issue diligently. All good for now. I'll report back here, if "page by page" continues to be the only way to import orders from AZ....but for now, the app seems to be doing what it should. Here we are, end of April, 2024. I like the app, but it is lacking one major feature. After it imports an Amazon order, it never updates the tracking status. So, all of your Amazon orders that this app imported, will remain "Unfulfilled", unless you manually update each one yourself. They love to tell me there's nothing they can do about that, which is a bogus response. They pull the AZ orders in, then I may fulfill some (or all) on AZ or in Shipstation...but since this app pulled them in, they will never show fulfilled within Shopify. Sorry, but that's a show-stopper to me.

Une petite note pour de grands résultats ? Mettre ses produits en ligne sur Amazon est plus compliqué qu'il n'y paraît. C'est donc important d'être accompagné par des professionnels qui ont une haute idée de la satisfaction client, ils se plient en 4 pour y parvenir. J'apprécie et je le fais savoir même si tout est perfectible. 5 étoiles donc pour encourager cette attitude.

The app works well in sending product information to Amazon. The support team has also been amazing and willing to help.

It is a great app and highly recommended. The support team and development are very professional where they took all our notes, improve the app and answer us in a reasonable time. Thanks for the whole team :) Update: I'm sorry, but I have to change the review since we have to send many reminders for the support to reply to our submitted cases that related to critical issues in the account. The reply is the same, that you will review the account, and we never hear from support again even after many reminders... and it is not the first time.

This app is excellent and VERY powerful. I'd used other FBA integration apps in the past that were much more "plug and play", but wish I'd found this one much earlier. It's super configurable and if you're fulfilling orders via fba, it's an excellent solution that won't lead to unexpected product changes on your store. Be forewarned, that the documentation for this app is lacking, but the customer support is excellent, so if you're unsure, just ask them.

Great Amazon integration app! It has all the features needed to link Shopify & Amazon successfully - it's the perfect alternative to the Amazon Sales Channel app (which was depreciated). Amazon Integration Plus has been a life-saver. Olivier & the full support team have provided us with excellent guidance and support throughout the entire setup process. Highly recommend!

So thankful for this app! I was in a state of panic when Shopify cancelled their Amazon channel, and after checking out several other apps, I decided on this one, not only for the best price but for the smoothest transition and the easiest to comprehend. Support has been amazing too!

Best Amazon App for a Shopify Integration. It just works and works well! We can sync all amazon orders into our usual shipping workflow through Shopify, which is exactly the solution we needed. Set up was a breeze and after using it for over a month I would definitely recommend it to others. The front end may not look as streamlined as some of the others (I think I've tried them all at this point.) But Codisto and one other had severe issues during setup and we could never get them working properly even after talking to support.

Extremely poor. Endless issues and support and not helpful. Even after we deleted the app Amazon are saying that they're somehow sending through feeds.

The app is great and definitely an upgrade from any of the previous Amazon apps used in the past. Their support team, especially Keterson, is very knowledgeable, patient, & helpful. The only thing I'd say is that even with the tutorials provided to explain setup, it's still a bit difficult to do on your own. There's also A LOT of functionality so it can be overwhelming at times looking at the interface.

Support for this app is amazing. I don't envy the developers who have the task of making the Amazon seller channel easy to use, but these folks do as good of a job as one could expect. We had an edge-case issue connecting existing products from our Amazon account to our Shopify store. The support/tech team jumped in and implemented a fix. I'm super impressed.

We had this app installed for a few months and it worked well until they decided to remove an option to receive inventory from FBA. Support responded that "nobody was using this option" as a reason for that. No email to let us know. Looks like our business is not valuable enough to send an email. Very unprofessional.
