I said I wanted to try one product to understand how it worked, but he didn't help me. He said I could cancel the application. Bad behavior and a bad employee.

My experience has been wonderful. I was prepared to face many obstacles as I have little to no experience with uploading product to Amazon. However the support I received form Yogesh was able to resolve the issues I encountered and how I feel like can be successful. Thanks Yogesh you are the man

Was having some difficulty with uploading listings due to lack of knowledge around attributes. The team were really helpful both over live chat and were more than happy to jump on a Google Meet to run through how to get our products live on Amazon as quickly as possible and offered continuous support with getting our Amazon good to go

I am new to using these systems in order to upload products to Amazon, therefore I have required some support (quite extensively!) in order to master this. The team at CED Commerce have been very supportive and patient with me during this process and this is really appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This application and developers are filled with crooks and scammers. The app was not able to be used with AMAZON as promised. After discussing with their support team they informed me that it would not work which is fine... Several months down the road I was still getting charged for this APPLICATION unknowingly. Contacted support and they OFFERED a full refund. Fast forward after offering and supposedly approving the refund they then said they were not going to offer the refund as stated. SCAMMERS CROOKS LIARS AND THEIFS. Reporting to the BBB, My CC company and also SHOPIFY.

Raju Sah was exceptionally helpful. I initially purchased LitCommerce but soon discovered its major limitation—it couldn’t automatically send essential order fulfilment data to Amazon, such as shipping provider, dispatch date, time, and tracking number. Without this functionality, every order required 100% manual input, which completely defeated the purpose of using an automation tool. After some research, I found that CEDCommerce offered the full automation I was looking for. I first hired a freelancer to set it up, but unfortunately, he made several errors. I then contacted CEDCommerce directly, and Raju stepped in to help. He quickly fixed everything, showed genuine interest, was highly proactive, and provided consistent follow-up throughout and after the setup process. Highly recommended — excellent support and a truly professional team!
