Great app to manage your Shopify products on Amazon. Great support and customer service! The Ced team is very responsive to issues and provides timely service. We are very pleased with the App.

I downloaded this app as i believed it would help with starting to list our products on amazon when i installed the app it kept telling me to choose a payment plan (none of which had a 7 day trial which is the norm on shopify) i chose the cheapest one i could so that i could test the app out Quickly realising the app wouldnt work for me, i contacted customer service with some questions and asked for a refund as the app wasnt suitable for our products Customer service, instead of advising me on how to use the app, told me to uninstall it and they dont do refunds but would give me a credit to use if i wanted to use the app in the future Baring in mind that i had the app installed for less than a couple of hours before reaching out to the customer service, and less than 24 hours before uninstalling it Waste of time and money

Fanstatic support and guidance was able to finally understand the basic in opening and linking my store and products to Amazon.

With difficulty navigating the Amazon listing world, the CedCommerce app is a bridge to help carry information from Shopify to Amazon listing - checking all the compliance rule boxes required, and syncing of product details and inventory so as to reduce a lot of the manual work that would be required. Our dedicated Account Manager Divyam is the perfect guide whilst we navigate and understand Amazon listings, and is always so quick to respond to my queries, and answers them perfectly. We are looking to have CedCommerce support our Ads Management, optimisation & A+ content on listings which is a great service to have for our small business.

My Customer support representative was super helpful and gave me the attention I needed to be able to upload my products to Amazon. I am very happy with the level of support provided.

Just swapped over to this App for Shopify and it has been really easy to use. Most other Apps are clunky and not so automated. This App has made my life a lot easier. I would highly recommend CEDCommerce for any integrations.

Very good for listing variations with different photos, which Shopify does not yet allow.

I received very good and fast support when I was having issues getting the Shopify to load the NON-Amazon items. With in one hour I got an email and a phone call was et up and they walked me through the process. Very happy with the help I got.

I've been a customer of CedCommerce for the past three months. I initially reached out to ask for help to load my products onto Amazon's Seller Central, because that process is incredibly difficult for someone new to the process. From the beginning, I had an outstanding team. I was invited to a call where the team wanted to understand my goals, and from there helped me fine tune which products to list. They expertly guided me through the process to be GTIN exempt, and what was needed for that to go through. Once that was done, we regrouped and my products were loaded. I'm working with the team now on building out my Amazon store front and am upgrading product descriptions, photos, and more to make my store stand out from others. Every person with whom I have worked has been professional, very nice to speak with, knowledgeable, and worked to guide me through the steps very quickly and also very clearly. I highly recommend CedCommerce as a trusted partner for sellers who want to list on Amazon.

Great app and extremely knowledgeable and quick product support. The team in very responsive - they reached out to me to help setup and answer question once I enrolled to help me setting up and have helped resolved issues/answer questions quickly ongoing. With the new application change, there was much better customer service. Onboarding was seamless, and the team was helpful in clearing up all doubts. Connector is properly communicating.

Great solution for linking seller's shopify accounts to their Amazon Seller Central account. Specifically image, inventory and pricing updates. While the linking process is not always intuitive, the cedcommerce support team is really helpful and even got on a call to walk me through the steps to solve my issue.

Working with the team was INCREDIBLE!! Very detailed oriented when it came to helping build out our Amazon product listing and product pages! The design team helped to capture our artistic intent when it came to branding as well!

This App is Amazing! its Definitely a Curveball to learn but once you get the hang of it, awe man it help simplifies your work flow, and Customer Support is always there to help you when your lost or confuse, I was a seller on Etsy and wanted to be able to sell on Amazon but didnt want the hassle of dealing with Parent/Child Variations, so a friend told me about this app and how it help make listings on amazon alot faster and easier and he sure was right, once you set everything up correctly on here, every listings is as fast as a click of a button!
