Great app! Customer support is helpful too. I had an issue I could not figure out. I contacted customer support via chat and got on a Google Meet call with Ankit Singh within 20 minutes! He was able to resolve my issue right away. I recommend you give it a try!

Ankit was so thorough and helpful! He very quickly jumped on a call walked me through step by step how to work through the problem, and while I had some issues on my end, he was able to solve some issues with linking on his end as well!--I have never had a customer service via chat that wants to jump on the phone immediately to walk you through something, also never made me feel like an idiot or continue to tell me what I was doing wrong, he got to see with his own eyes what was happening, so we solved the issues SO MUCH QUICKER!

When first started with this app, I had a lot of errors mapping the Amazon attributes when syncing new products. The team were very responsive in helping me diagnose and resolve the issues over chat, and now the app is working great. Customer support have been fantastic. Excellent app. I would recommend this product.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I hired them to upload my products to Amazon and was told there were synchronization issues between Shopify and Amazon, allegedly due to payment problems or vacation mode. After contacting Amazon directly, I confirmed that my Seller Central account is fully operational and ready to post products. Despite providing screenshots and proof of my $300 payment, the service provider has not resolved the issue and insists the problem lies on my end. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails, and their customer service has been terrible since I made the payment. It’s hard to trust the positive reviews they have, as they seem fake. I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this app

I've had experiences with two support staff so far, Mohd Shadab Khan and Raju Sah. Both were very helpful, and Mohd even stayed in the chat to assist me with unrelated questions. Overall, the app has a bit of a learning curve to it, but so long as the level of support stays the same, I'd highly recommend.
