waw! last year i try it , and really very bad experience, cause all in enlgish etc not easy, And this year i try again really very nice one of the best app about amazon with shopify, and chat help is very cool and help for real im french and really i make in 3h what i dont make with other app in 4 months just use this app guys ! 20 years i work in website

EDIT: They asked to get on a call and pointed me to the product linking feature which is very helpful. All I was wanting to do was have Amazon orders show up in Shopify and this helped me do that. I do wish the Shopify to Amazon upload worked better but this is an okay work around. I'm not sure how it works for so many people honestly. I wish I was one of those people. It's actually the worst app I've used. Syncs nothing to Amazon except the product title. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. Constantly spits out errors even though I've filled out all of the details correctly. They say syncing could take up to 48 hours but it actually just never works even after 2 weeks. Terrible app, don't waste your time.

Great app and great customer service, just like always. I have used their services before as well while I was setting up my website for the first time . I must admit that, I am technically challenged when it comes to navigating the multi step instruction/processes. But their team never made me feel that way. Extremely accommodating in nature.

I was having some difficulty understanding how to list my product on Amazon. When I reached out to customer service they were super responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you CedCommerce. They have seamlessly synced my Amazon selling channel with Shopify and everything is working smoothly. I had a video chat with a very helpful team and within hours I was all set up. I had a few inventory items that did not sync through at first but as soon as I emailed it was sorted immediately, even late at the weekend. CedCommerce were recommended to me by another local business and I would highly recommend CedCommerce too, particularly as they have a very helpful customer service team. A particular shoutout to Divyam who was there to guide me through the set up and has helped me more recently. I feel that they have a real interest in my brand and wanting our business to succeed.

This app is great, first of all is free for the first 100 items so you get the feel of how to use it before committing to a paid version. Secondly the customer service is top notch. The helped me on every step of the way. I give this app 100 stars

The Amazon Sales Channel app is excellent for managing Amazon Business. The overall experience with the app has been smooth, and the team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help.

I am writing this review again with honesty after I have been forcefully ask to change my previous review because they made me fake promise by texting me personally on Whatsapp and made fake promises that will help me out to upload couple of product and than they will send me easy video transcript which I can just follow-up and upload my products on amazon just by watching that video which I never received. Then I tried again for help and they came back saying yeah our team just done that for you so you don't have to worry about anything and now its been more than two months and I am still waiting for there reply or video call. They did help me out with one product out of 36 products that I sell on my store and they just left me after that in limbo because I didn't paid them money they were asking me for to upload the rest of the products. SO now i am paying monthly fees to amazon to list just one product and i don't know what to do about it anymore. This service that they provide is very poor and unacceptable. its just another scam to get money from you for the work they put on their app is free. Thank You so mcuh CED Commerce and Team
