We’ve been using the CED Commerce app to connect our Shopify store to Amazon. It wasn’t smooth sailing at first due to Amazon’s new APIs, which caused quite a few technical hiccups. I’ve been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel to connect my Shopify store with multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, FR, ES, etc.). The app is powerful, gives you solid control over listings, and the sync options are well designed. My Shopify CED Amazon support was Yogesh Kumar Singh. Great detailed assistance via Google meet screen sharing. I had numerous failed attempts listing my first product and applying for GTIN exemption approval, which was obtained with his help in less than 24 hours and my first product was listed shortly afterwards. Very punctual with all scheduled meetings and the response is quick via Email and WhatsApp.

I’ve been using CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a while now, and I have to say — the support team is incredible. I’ve asked them tons of questions via live chat, and they’ve always been patient, helpful, and willing to test things together with me. They waited while I checked things on my side, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood how the app works. The more I learn to use the app, the more I love it! One suggestion: having an on/off button to temporarily pause and reactivate the auto synchronization would be super useful. Highly recommend this app and their amazing support team.
