I highly recommend this company. Ive used their applications for my etsy, wal mart, and amazon integration. First of all, its an easy to use and effective application. It has everything you need to connect your shopify store. The main reason why i recommend these guys is their customer support. They go above and beyond to take acre of any questions. They take the time to show you all the features and how to use the app efficiently. They are always available if a question arises

I use this app to integrate my Shopify store with Amazon. As I am not super technical and don't understand a lot of this stuff, I have had to reach out to support several times. Each time, they are so helpful with answering my questions, walking me through what to do, and even showed me ways to save myself tons of time when uploading my products. Whether I am contacting them via chat, or email, their support team helps me better understand how to resolve the issues that I am facing, and work through them. I highly recommend them!

This is the no.1 app for syncing Shopify to Amazon. It is a bit complicated due to the different amazon regulations and the tonnes of the information that they need. But I chatted to customer service, who were the most helpful customer service ever! Mannu, the customer service agent, guided and helped me, responded quickly and was a real star.

Great app! Customer support is helpful too. I had an issue I could not figure out. I contacted customer support via chat and got on a Google Meet call with Ankit Singh within 20 minutes! He was able to resolve my issue right away. I recommend you give it a try!

Ankit was so thorough and helpful! He very quickly jumped on a call walked me through step by step how to work through the problem, and while I had some issues on my end, he was able to solve some issues with linking on his end as well!--I have never had a customer service via chat that wants to jump on the phone immediately to walk you through something, also never made me feel like an idiot or continue to tell me what I was doing wrong, he got to see with his own eyes what was happening, so we solved the issues SO MUCH QUICKER!

When first started with this app, I had a lot of errors mapping the Amazon attributes when syncing new products. The team were very responsive in helping me diagnose and resolve the issues over chat, and now the app is working great. Customer support have been fantastic. Excellent app. I would recommend this product.
