Great customer service. They reply promptly. They helped fix one of my issues. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it's a little tricky for me to use, and a lot of error messages which customer service helped me with. I may update to a 5 star later. I just feel the app could be a little more user friendly for beginners. I think once I get the hang of it it, will get easier. But customer service is great!

Great platform with great assistance whenever questions may arise. We are up and running on Amazon and it feels great! However, without the video assistance from the help team, the platform was difficult to figure out.

I was able to get the help I needed right away. Customer service jumped on a meeting call and we were able to get my problem resolved. Friendly and helpful! The app is great! It connects my products directly to amazon and the orders as well. Super helpful and easy to learn

This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. They helped me set up my account and made sure I understood every step along the way. I totally recommend this CedCommerce Amazon Channel app. I am so happy I went with this app and not a different one. The plans are affordable and the integration is so fast and easy. I got my account up and running with my items listed. I know that If I have any issues, I can easily used the chat to reach a customer service representative and they will help me. I am very grateful and happy I chose this app because its easy to use unlike the other ones. Thank you again!

CedCommerce was the best decision that we ever made. We were using Sellbrite before but they cannot fix the Amazon DE address issue. CedCommerce only took a few days to rectify issue. They were also very hands-on during the after sales.

Overall the application has been great. There are issues here and there but that's expected with most applications. Updated: I have been having a lot of issues with the app upload function. I appreciate Mohd. Shadab Khan helps and support with this issue. Thank you, Overall, my experience with CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been mixed. The application itself can be good, but it's very inconsistent, especially when uploading products. The process of uploading products has been frustrating due to this inconsistency. Initially, I hired the team behind the application to help me upload and manage my products on Amazon. At first, they provided great customer service with good communication, which was the main reason I started using their services. However, over time, their service quality has declined significantly. It has become incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone for assistance or support. The lack of responsiveness and deteriorating service quality have made it nearly impossible to rely on them for help. Considering the current state of their service, I am contemplating switching to a different application for my Amazon needs. The decline in customer service and support availability has made it challenging to continue using CedCommerce Amazon Channel effectively.

Customer service is very helpful. I did struggle syncing my Shopify products to my Amazon listing for a brief amount of time. Their customer service was outstanding and got my problem resolved. Every other app I tried to integrate Amazon and Shopify did not automatically import orders for some reason, but this one does and works great. Appreciate your help!
