Unbelievable customer service. I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour. Thankyou!

Avanash is the BEST! Thank you so much for all of your help. You have helped me when it is clearly in the middle of the night there and been so patient when I have been on the verge of quitting Amazon altogether. Thank you one million times!!!
