CedCommerce Amazon Channel

This is a great app, with even better support. They helped us connect our Shopify to Amazon easily. Highly recommended.

Their Support is great, Mannu made it really easy for us to get this going. We tried historically to get onto Amazon but the old platforms werer very archaic and complex. This makes synching your inventory easy. Thank you.

Ok so let me tell you... I get quickly frustrated with tech and it's all super overwhelming. I started with the free plan until I learn how to figure things out but we had over 200 products to upload. After a quick chat with Mannu and him explaining why I'm running into some of issues, I went ahead and upgraded and we hopped on a google meet call with screen sharing where he personally helped me set everything up in a matter of 15 minutes. And I should add, the free plan has been intergrading smoothly and quickly for several months now with Shopify and Shipping profile... they just stop syncing after the 50 orders lol so I'm happy to finally not worry about that. Highly recommend this!!!

The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!! I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error: "{"success":false,"code":"access_forbidden","message":"Access Forbidden"}"

The customer service and set up have been awesome. Highly recommend. They helped me map the products to Amazon and set up templates to streamline the process!

It is really good, for a start, probably I will detect more of it's quality once we start using it extensively - this first phase was setting the basic parameters, which was done fast and easy with the good assistance from the CedCommerce support

We have had a very good experience with CedCommerce app in regards to our eBay sales channel. When we were searching for an app last year for eBay CedCommerce clearly had a great system and a dedicated support team for us inside Skype. We liked this a lot better than the other apps like Codisto, Koongo, etc. After our experience with CedCommerce on the eBay sales channel they were the natural choice for Amazon integration.

Launching an Amazon store is not easy but I do think CedCommerce made it as easy as possible. Whenever I ran into issues - which was somewhat frequent - their customer support was extremely responsive and generally able to solve the problem promptly. I've probably had 8 different customer support reps help me and the vast majority have been knowledgeable and helpful. And importantly, the app is working as intended. I'm getting sales and they're being automatically uploaded into my Shopify store for fulfillment. It's early days but I'm seeing a nice revenue bump from Amazon. Thanks!
