The customer support was incredible. Helped me get products uploaded to Amazon very well. Even had zoom calls and immediate chat support. It was great.

WOW - the CEDcommerce team were so helpful setting up the product fee and even helping me with Amazon related questions i had. I think they have 24hour support as help was always instant when first setting up the store - they were very helpful in guiding me and providing the solutions - thank you so much

The app is very easy to use and if you have any issues the customer service is outstanding! They could increase the amount of FAQ's based on error codes. I would like a quick reference guide for error codes. Some of the error codes are unclear and it is hard to figure out what needs to be changed.

Excellent support. It’s challenging to set up, but the support folks are very very helpful and their assistance is timely. Awesome!! I’m looking forward to getting all errors resolved. Once the template is functioning properly, this will be a perfect way to add products to Amazon— MUCH faster and better than the shopify app was. Thanks so much for a great product and support!

NicholesGifts Customer Service is very nice, courteous and helpful. I set up a meeting and they walked me through their app step by step. I am happy that I chose this app! They also helped me with creating my Template. Highly recommend this company!

Excellente application pour synchroniser ses produits avec Amazon et récupérer dans Shopify toutes les commandes à expédier par nous-mêmes (produits non stockés en FBA, chez Amazon). Bonne synchronisation des quantités disponibles. Surtout, un excellent support quand nécessaire (sachant qu’avec Amazon c’est parfois complexe). En tout cas, avec CED on a un support hyper efficace et réactif. Je recommande vivement cette application et ce développeur.
