This is an excellent, cost effective solution. The customer support is fantastic. I was struggling to do what I wanted to do and the person I spoke to got me to share my screen with them and walked me through everything to make sure it works. An easy 5 stars to give!

This app helps me sync my Shopfiy store inventory with Amazon and is very customizable. Chat support is fast too! 6 months later I am still getting prompt support from these guys. Very happy with their assistance.

I used the chat service since I had some error messages when uploading products and I was connected via Google Meet and was guided step by step on how to correctly input the information to correct the issues.

When I was having trouble getting products to upload, a tech person set up a Google Meet with me and showed me how to fix things during a screen share. VERY helpful!

The guys are super helpful - had a few issues with the setups but the support responds quickly to queries, I'm not there yet but hopefully will have things sorted soon.
