The support for this app has been exceptional and the app itself is very user-friendly. With me having no experience whatsoever even with the tutorials to appropriately figure things out, it was absolutely Godsent to have a support team for this app that is very proactive about identifying any barriers or issues and achieving a timely resolution. This app helps me sync my Shopfiy store inventory with Amazon and is very customizable. Chat support is fast too! 6 months later I am still getting prompt support from these guys. Very happy with their assistance.
