The service provided by the representative was superb. He was very knowledgeable about setting up my Shopify products properly to sell on Amazon. By using Amazon by CedCommerce I can products in bulk by using the template feature. I definitely recommend the app.

More than an app, with CedCommerce you also subscribe for a great service. The team always reply and stay available to reply to any question. For now, I only had an excellent experience with the team. I sincerely recommand to anyone willing to extend on Amazon.

Wouldn't waste your time - Expected it to make life easier and quicker yet the app is painfully slow i could list manually quicker - Full of errors - when you try to link products it gives errors such as the images dont match - Don't understand why this should make a difference. Watched video tutorials which made no sense they talk more about how amazon works than actually teaching you how to get this app working - Even during the tutorial there is a dog barking in the background and you can't hear what she is saying.

I never imagined that how easy it would be to list my Shopify products on Amazon with the help of this Amazing product by CedCommerce!!! This app is really great if you want to manage the centralized product, order, price, and inventory. Also, the interface is very simple to use and its Amazon listing linking feature is so good if you are already selling on Amazon the products get linked automatically so you can easily manage your Amazon orders from Shopify. What I like the most about Cedcommerce is its highly responsive team which goes beyond to help you anytime. I couldn't ask for a better customer service team! Highly recommended the integration app for Shopify to Amazon and looking forward to using other products and services too.

Have been using this app for almost a year. I can truly say that this is definitely the worst app I have ever used. My orders are not synced to Shopify correctly, so every time I have to check hundreds of orders and tell them to sync it manually. When I contact support, they say sorry and ensure that this will not happen again, but IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN. The subscription prices are so high, but OMG the service and app's performance are terrible. I will end my subscription as soon as finding a similar shopify amazon app. They have ruined my business so far. The only thing they say we are sorry, bla bla....

Been using the app for almost a year since the old Amazon app went away by Shopify. Pretty easy to follow, great online doc and even better support. The agent was patient, knowledgeable and quick to help me address failed orders. How to fix the issue if it occured again. Gotta love the live person chat feature versus a bot. Thank You.

Learning to speak Amazon was a huge learning curve for me. So many things are required to get a proper Aamzon account. Ced commerce was excellent in helping me get my Amazon store set up with their Amazon app. I had a lot of rookie questions and they guided me through the process. I am excited to now start selling on Amazon.

We've just started using CedCommerce and had an initial order with product SKU's not linking, I launched a chat with their support team who responded immediately and guided me through the process of linking products and explained to me what the issue was. Just fantastic support, and the product itself is so easy to use. I'd highly recommend this over any competing product, 5 stars!
