I've been waiting for 3 days for an answer to my request, I've been strolling from whatsapp groups to other groups. From the beginning I indicated my request And in the end: negative response, WHILE THEY KNOW MY QUERY FROM THE BEGINNING I strongly advise against.
Great support from support team, who took his time to guide us step by step on the app's and on amazon's end!

Using CedCommerce has made getting all my Shopify listings to Amazon a breeze! There were a few technical difficulties in the beginning, but their customer service is phenomenal! They fixed the issue and now I am effortlessly building my Amazon catalog. Once you set up the custom templates, you can upload them to Amazon and you're good to go. Definitely the best app I have found! Thanks!

This app allows you to create a template that you can link to a group of products to allow for faster amazon field completion. It can be confusing but their support team helped me a great deal. Kaushik did a great job and was very patient with me as I asked him 1000 questions.

The support for this app has been exceptional and the app itself is very user-friendly. With me having no experience whatsoever even with the tutorials to appropriately figure things out, it was absolutely Godsent to have a support team for this app that is very proactive about identifying any barriers or issues and achieving a timely resolution. This team for this app truly treats your business with as much importance as if it were their own. Deciding to use this app has been one of the best decisions for me to grow my business

This is an excellent, cost effective solution. The customer support is fantastic. I was struggling to do what I wanted to do and the person I spoke to got me to share my screen with them and walked me through everything to make sure it works. An easy 5 stars to give!

This app helps me sync my Shopfiy store inventory with Amazon and is very customizable. Chat support is fast too! 6 months later I am still getting prompt support from these guys. Very happy with their assistance.

One of the customer service replies to another shop's 2 star feedback goes like this... "Also, assign a personal account manager who is always available to assist with 24*7 availability on email, calls, Skype, WhatsApp, Online Live chat system." First of all, a personal account manager is not available to assist 24*7 unless they're an android. Furthermore, I go to chat this morning and there actually is a person sitting in the chat box but they are there to tell you the customer service is closed because it's the weekend and they only want to take your details. That is not 24*7 service. I mainly pointed out the language error above because when you do get customer service, there is a language barrier when it comes to getting help with the more complex parts of the app. Unnecessarily complex parts. It all seems good on the surface but that's always the case with all of these apps. When it comes to the nitty gritty after 10 hours of hard work, you find out all the pitfalls... and then you can't get help. Another gripe is the templates. We can clone them and make changes but many some sections of the cloned template goes blank and has to be redone anyway. It's all very non-intuitive. At least in it's defence, every other etsy and amazon app has major issues that just seem batty. Another thing is that I wish the customer service would just say they don't know something instead of making up long sentences and throwing in some strong accent to try to confuse us. My reply is "so you don't know" and then response is silence and shock that I figured it out. I contributed some rephrasing to some of the helper sentences in the app and I suggest you fix them up so people can get through the setup in under 10 hours or whatever. Cheers
