We used this app to upload our great products to our amazon store! There were issues which we could not figure out but the continues support has been great!

I am so happy with this app. They try to help you in all possible ways they can. I have almost lost hope to display my shoe product on Amazon as I was using Codisto which was very aweful. Cedcommerce app and the developer team have made possible each and every thing that Codisto was unable to provide me. Kudos to team efforts and I am greatful to all the help and support they provided to me.

We are using Amazon by CedCommerce since the last 4 months. The app integration was seamless. We do face occasional glitches every now and then like the orders not getting synced back with our Shopify store but the issues are promptly taken care by their 24/7 support. My only concerns with this app are that the pricing plans are pretty random. Starting from $15 / month for 100 orders the next plan is $49 / month for 500 orders and nothing in between. There is no option to to sync tracking details back to Shopify from Amazon in case we buy shipping from Amazon or enter the tracking details first at the Amazon store. I hope they will come up with a solution for these issues very soon

Its not an easy process to list things on Amazon, but "Amazon by CedCommerce helps to streamline the process and keep up to date with all the products you list on Amazon - if you have a problem they are ALWAYS there to help and sort it out for you - EVERYTIME. 100% - cant recommend enough - THANKS

The team is great and works hard! The app itself could use more customization for sellers to control but when you run into a problem, the support team is pretty reliable.

This is a great app for launching from an existing established shopify store onto Amazon! We just hit our 50th order! It took me less than an hour to get products listed and selling on Amazon with this app. Customer service from CedCommerce is great - I've reached out a few times through their live chat widget and they respond quickly and are very helpful! Especially Kaushik - he's great!

Great app and we've already taken a few orders. Amazon can be a little tricky if you've never sold on the marketplace before, but this team was available via chat immediately and walked me through all my questions. Great experience so far!

CedCommerce was able to help me upload my products to Amazon and thoroughly explained the process of templates and adding 1 item at time.

Do not download, moreover DO NOT pay at all. It took them 1 week and a half to post 1 item they couldnt figure out how to. I sell Jewely, it shouldnt had been that hard. I downloaded another app: Amazon by Codisto. And they helped me upload over 400 products in 2-4 days!

Some of the best most hands-on support I've had from a Shopify app team. Highly recommend this team, the app also works very well, and auto-attached Amazon products to our skus which was surprising and convenient!

Update - have spent considerable time with the support staff over the past couple of days including video conferencing. I am very impressed with the attention they give and I believe the problems have been solved. Amazon is not an easy marketplace to deal with but CED has greatly improved it's interface and support is easily available. Thanks very much
