I used the chat service since I had some error messages when uploading products and I was connected via Google Meet and was guided step by step on how to correctly input the information to correct the issues.

When I was having trouble getting products to upload, a tech person set up a Google Meet with me and showed me how to fix things during a screen share. VERY helpful!

The guys are super helpful - had a few issues with the setups but the support responds quickly to queries, I'm not there yet but hopefully will have things sorted soon.

Their support help is brilliant. Anytime I'm having issues, they jump on a video call to help resolve them

We used this app to upload our great products to our amazon store! There were issues which we could not figure out but the continues support has been great!

Initially I had trouble uploading products to Amazon, but Customer service was very prompt and offered all help to setup things. I rated 4 star to the app because it is not easy to use, bit intricate. But thanks to helpful customer service , things seem to pickup now. I am so happy with this app. They try to help you in all possible ways they can. I have almost lost hope to display my shoe product on Amazon as I was using Codisto which was very aweful. Cedcommerce app and the developer team have made possible each and every thing that Codisto was unable to provide me. Kudos to team efforts and I am greatful to all the help and support they provided to me.

We are using Amazon by CedCommerce since the last 4 months. The app integration was seamless. We do face occasional glitches every now and then like the orders not getting synced back with our Shopify store but the issues are promptly taken care by their 24/7 support. My only concerns with this app are that the pricing plans are pretty random. Starting from $15 / month for 100 orders the next plan is $49 / month for 500 orders and nothing in between. There is no option to to sync tracking details back to Shopify from Amazon in case we buy shipping from Amazon or enter the tracking details first at the Amazon store. I hope they will come up with a solution for these issues very soon
