Updated August 26, 2025 The issues we are having with Appstle are becoming way to constant. We are reaching out because of something wrong on their end at least once a month. Most recently an honest customer let us know that despite their membership expiring two years ago, they just came back to us and still had access to all membership benefits that should have expired. It has now been over 48 hours, and the only response I get is that they need more time... no information on what the problem is, if they have identified it, and when the problem will be fixed. No information on how many other expired memberships are having this same glitch. So basically we are shelling out a lot of $$$ per month for an App that isn't even functioning properly... We are officially looking for a new app as this one just keeps disappointing us over and over again. UPDATED 9/15/2024 Appstle did eventually fix the problems we had, and has been functioning flawlesslly since. They have also provided excellent customer service since fixing all issues. I would have given 5 stars exept for the issues we had that took too long to fix. UPDATED 9/19/23 I initially gave Appstle Membership 5 stars. We have been using Appstle Membership since the end of February. Unfortunatley we are still having kinks that need to be worked out, that have supposedly been fixed, the biggest issue are tags not being removed from customers when their cancelled memberships expire, which gives customers unpaid for access to membership content. I have put an ultimatum on the line and if the app isn't working properly, I will be back to shopping fo an App to handle our membership needs, which I am not looking forward to as migrating from one app to the next is a huge pain and takes a lot of time and energy. Wow! We are a Membership/Subscription model for accessing digital content on our website. We were using ReCharge, but found lack of support, continuos issues, and the need to add apps and work arounds to have our Memberships managed well to be too much with what we were paying to ReCharge. I researched Appstle, and initially wanted to move to their subscription platform, but they recommended with my needs the Membership App would be better. The migration went incredibly smooth, without disrupting our customers access to content, and we were able to get rid of 2 other apps that were needed with ReCharge because gating the content, and accurate tagging are taking place in Appstle Memberships. Best of all, the customer can cancel their membership at anytime, and keep access to the content until their membership expires! We also find that the customer interface is more intuitive, and functions correctly, so I am not getting emails from customers asking me to help them cancel their memberships, because it isn't working. The support we receive from Appstle is top notch. I do not need to create work arounds to have my site function the way it was intended. I wish we would have started with Appstle Memberships first.

DOES NOT have a bulk products action to add to the Membership Offering Perks area! A product has to be selected one at a time which is VERY time-consuming as each variant is a new item to the perk plan!!! (

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kehanvi, a Merchant Success Manager from Appstle℠ Memberships team. I had been grappling with an issue created by another app, which I had uninstalled quite some time ago, yet it continued to cause problems. Feeling rather desperate and overwhelmed, I contacted Customer Service for help. From the outset, Kehanvi was the epitome of professionalism. She was not only polite and courteous but also showcased her exceptional problem-solving skills by dedicating a few hours to help me troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. It was apparent that she possessed a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and its integrations, and I was continually impressed by her diligence and attention to detail. Kehanvi’s unwavering commitment to customer success was evident throughout our interaction. The support people have been WONDERFUL! I'm not super tech savvy with websites, so I stumbled a little with a few spots, but when I messaged them for help, I got responses right away and they handled any spots I was stuck on quickly. I highly recommend!!

They have been so helpful in setting up our store's memberships. We launch tomorrow, and my anxiety about the process is pretty much gone thanks to their real-time chat that guided me through the finer details I was missing while reading the support documents.
