We've been using the AMP app for a few years now and it does a good job of looking after all Australia Post shipping. Impressed with the support in sending a very useful guide on how to update the Aus Post charge codes recently, which was a big help.
We have been using the Addition App for a couple of years now and whenever we have had an issue the problem was rectified pretty quickly. I had a recent issue with printing an international order and Siobhan recognised and fixed the problem quickly. Great customer service!
Wonderful app - makes the whole Shopify shipping workflow seamless with AusPost. In addition the team is very responsive to tech queries.

Thankyou to the support team for their fast response. We had a problem making labels, but within 10 minutes we had a technician looking into the problem. Resolved within 20minutes. Very happy customer!
A great native integration for Australia Post and StarTrack shipping, good rules functionality greatly allowing us to customise the shipping rates at checkout, and in turn capture more shipping revenue at checkout! The team is rebuilding the support from the ground up, so yes a few wobbly reviews in here, but its coming around the bend, the functionality in the app is unmatched and soon to have dedicated support will make this the GO TO shipping app for aussie eCom brands!

Finally found an app that does what we intended from the start in a semi elegant way of forwarding customize shipping rates to our customers particularly when we have a wide mix of parcels being sent. What truly sets this company apart for us is the exceptional service provided by Laura. She takes full ownership of her work, which shows in her seamless communication, flexibility in accommodating our requests, and takes the time to understand our business needs as if they were her own. I’d highly recommend them without hesitation!
Can't recommend these guys enough! Their customer service is on point - they responded to my email within minutes. They proactively resolved my issue and provided me feedback on what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future (my issue was self-inflicted). As a Busy business owner, it was so refreshing to have received a response so quickly with my issue already resolved!

2026 Update: Still loving this app, support got back to me today quicker than ever! Love this app and the support team! Integrates seamlessly with our Shopify and whenever I have an issue the support team are always there to help look into my problem and come up with a solution. After years of using and being super happy with this app., I encountered a shipping problem with an item that should have gone smoothly. The Staff spent some time investigating and finding the problem, which was created by myself, and then fixed it for me. I can thoroughly recommend both the app. and especially the helpful Staff.

Great app that works seamlessly with Shopify. Really easy to use, support has been great and Laura has been so helpful! We wanted to change the default on a certain field and Laura actioned it immediately.
Laura has been an absolute legend in helping us get our complex product freight sorted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
