The test email isn't sending, the email campaign isn't sending, and no emails are being received. I had to escalate this to the support team, and it took an unreasonable amount of time just to figure out why the email marketing isn't working. This is an email marketing app, yet it’s failing at the one thing it’s supposed to do.

Really didn't work for me. Font on email was wrong, I asked them to fix it and it broke my automation

These guys, change my forms trigger rule, and make popups have been shown infinitely times to my customers, bringing down my conversion rate and sales, causing me to lose more than $600 in one day because of this

Many technical functions not working and often have to conctact support to have basic functions enabled

Scam! They promise you "unlimited contacts and emails" for $16 plan or at least what they state. BUT it is only when you install their app you will see that it is not unlimited, but in fact is very well limited to only 500 contacts... Reporting them to Shopify for NAD

used the app 2 years, but there have been technical problems in recent months, Inexplicably sent last year's order confirmation email, many of our customers complained why send last year order confirm email, the most disastrous thing was sending hundreds of emails at once. I want to set up email once and run it forever, This app obviously can't do that, it has a lot of technical errors. If you schedule an email to be sent, it may not be sent on time, and may be four or five hours later than the time you set. The worst thing is that SMS delivery will also be delayed. If you set it to be sent at 8 pm, it may be sent at 1 am.Every time you ask, the customer service will explain that it is a technical reason. Sometimes the button to send the test email disappears, sometimes integration with other app breaks, and by the time you discover it, months have passed. I've had enough of the recurring problems, obviously this is not a mature app, and its technical errors may cause you to lose a lot of customers. by the way, there are also problems with email recognition. Many customer emails are identified as undeliverable, but Shopify's automatic emails can be sent to the customer's inbox. Although it is cheaper than other apps, it has many shortcomings and I have to give up this app.

Great help from Hana. BUT After the first hype it was very difficult to setup the newsletter. I could not even send a test to all my subscribers. Support is slow, or dosn't know what to do. Test failed -> App failed No recommendation !

The app is good for customizing the newsletters but the servers they use are very bad, always getting blocked by the browser or antivirus. Had clients telling me too. My antivirus always finds their redirect server which they probably use for tracking the conversions as malware . Customer service is not great either. Shame I will be moving to a competitor.

Does not work, no support, no refund! I wanted to try a new email marketing tool. At first sight avada looked great. It turned out to be a time consuming mistake. The tool does not work, all my campaigns have an open rate below 3%. With my other tool it was still 40%. The import of contacts I had to do completely alone, because the technical team has never answered several times over days. you can always reach someone in live chat but they can not help. I have tried it for two weeks. the emails are not sent, opening rates extremely low. I cancelled the tool (within 30 days of my first purchase). They advertise a refund within the first 30 days. Submitted the refund request 2/3 weeks ago. they said 3-5 days. I still haven't received a single response from the refund team. once the live chat claimed it was only possible in the first 30 days, which is the case for me. In the end, I have invested several weeks of time and money for a tool that does not work. I have never received a response from the refund. the main thing is to settle the money. I have now waited a really long time for a solution and never write reviews. but if I never come to a solution despite multiple letters then I now at least write my honest experience. Better stay with the big reputable email marketing providers.

STAY AWAY!! Don't lose your time and money. It doesn't work well and on top of that it made me lose money and worse sales. The support is the worst I even seen.

Functionality is good but worst customer service of any app I have installed in 6 years. If you only need basic support via their chat you should be fine but any other issues they ( pretty sure it's just one person behind all these apps actually ) say that they are going to send to their " technical team " and NEVER hear back. Ever. Out of every single ticket. What technical team?!

WOW this support is the worst I even seen, they have a problem with their system but there is no developer that can fix it, I'm waiting over a week and nothing, the app work well but if there is a problem no one is going to take care of it, it's not the first time they has an issue and i waited so many time and got 0 support

they spam my email for internal glitched emails every 5-10 minutes for a past 2-3 weeks, i contacting them every day to solve the problem. nobody care, never received any feedback from them. support is useless. asked to provide contact of supervisor, to aware of the problem. guess what nothing. they trashed our corporate email . i can't find any useful email from my customers because, they sent a tousand of email for a past 2 weeks. want to delete this shit and forget . give you 24h

AWFUL SERVICE BY AVADA TEAM , SYNC DID NOT WORK BACK TO SHOPIFY , HUNDREDS OF TEXT MESSAGES BACK AND FORTH AND ALL THIS TROUBLE GET BILLED FOR THEIR ERRORS USING THEIR EMAIILS TO TEST THE SYSTEM, THEN THEY WANT PROOF OF WHAT THEY BILLED ME - YET THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY BILLED , RIDICULOUS - AWFUL SERVICE BY LIZ WHO EANTS PROOF WHEN THEY ALREADY KNOW DO NOT EXPECT THEIR APP TO WORK UNTI THEY GET ACCESS TO YOUR SITE FOR A WEEK AND THEN IT STILL DOES NOT WORK AND THEN THEY BILL YOU FOR THAT WEEK OF CRAPPY SERVICE.

Do not use this company. I have spent 15 mins on a web chat and they cannot tell me how much they will charge for my number of email contacts, just keep sending me the same pricing table which says 'additional fees' will be applied and I have to upgrade and use in order to find out how much these fees are!

Still waiting a month and can not send sms msgs they keep saying i will notified with 48 hours... getting ridiculous...... now we are in january and still having ridiculous issues just spent 70 dollars for 3/4 of my sms to not be delivered. I am on the hunt for a different provider as of right now. I pay this place 63 dollars a month for nothing plus the sms fees waste of money

Please stay FAR AWAY from AVA. There are constantly technical issues and their support team cannot help with anything. If I were to describe my experience with AVA it would be far too long, so I'll summarize it with this one sentence: AVA marketing sucks.

After installing the app, I reached out to their support to get help with some points and they were very helpful and after every question they answered they directly asked me to leave a review. Which I refused until I complete using the app. The app has rich functions and solves many issues I have but after few weeks every time I contact their support for a simple question they just ignore it and keep me waiting . Now while I'm writing this reviews chatting with Emily and asked her how long does it take to approve Whatsapp API access? simple question right? until now I'm waiting around 5 minutes for her to answer me and tell me: "About that part, I need to check with my developer" it seems to me a very long time to wait around 5 minutes to get that simple answer. Last week I chatted with Hakeem from their support and asked him for how to add an abandoned product URL to the SMS messages and he left me waiting for over 10 minutes! it seems to be very rude and unprofessional behavior from their support. Hope a supervisor will see this review and do some steps to correct this and make the representatives answer questions in a timely manner.

Had numerous issues with this app and would not recommend anyone to use it. Save your money and the hassle. Your email will not send properly, your sms's will link other websites that youre not familiar with or simply not work at all and so many other issues. Beware!

There is one thing left is the SMS segment which you changed after going live the campaign. So basically it would not implement the change because all logs are created - this is the normal logic.
