Just setup the Avada Email Marketing tool for my website. The team was super helpful and prompt to resolve all the queries I had. Even though i just started with the free plan but the support team was there to my help 24/7. I had to mention Hana and Tiana from support team who have championed the art of helping customer. Thank you so much guys. Hopefully I will be on a paid plan soon. :-)

I was configuring the settings and editting templates and had some issues. I reached out to Avada and Nolan helped me very well. So Nolan thank you for your support and professionalism.

Hana from the support team is an absolute Gem. She helped me instantly and within 15 minutes my problems were fixed. 100% would recommend this app.

App is great. Really made the setting up of email campaigns a lot less complex. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I had a few challenges linking campaigns and pop ups to my store and everybody helped so much, even when agents switched over it was still seamless and resolved very quickly Lydia, Liz and Hana have all been amazing!

Received good and fast help from Tiana. No long waiting times for help, but quick and good assistance directly (within 1 minute) via chat. The features of this app look great! I still have to set everything up and do everything, but because of the help I have already received, I am sure that this will turn out well! I use almost all Avada apps because of their good service, so definitely recommended!

Great help from Hana. BUT After the first hype it was very difficult to setup the newsletter. I could not even send a test to all my subscribers. Support is slow, or dosn't know what to do. Test failed -> App failed No recommendation !

Ich empfehle diese Newsletter App wärmstens weiter. Der Support über die Chat Funktion war direkt zur Stelle als ich Hilfe brauchte. Hana konnte mir alle Fragen schnell beantworten und direkt helfen.
