An easy to use and low-cost app with great customer service. Today I was helped by Tracy with an email campaign that wouldn't send. She took care of me and solved my issue in no time. I strongly recommend this app

I really loved the app workflow. It is very user friendly, with GENEROUS amount of emails and costumers, and with REASONABLE paid plans. Also the team is so professional, especially the support team who is available 24/7. Esther is actually a very supportive and helpful costumer service agent. Cheers to her. WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THE APP !

Liz has been helping through my setup and it has been amazing. It is a fairly straight forward process but questions do come up. Liz had all the answers, right away. You can send your URL so the support team knows exactly what's going on. I wish other web companies had support like this. Thank you!

I struggled to get a campaign email done. Hana was amazing in assisting to find the root cause, acting as a steam less integration between me and the technical team. As a new user of Avada, it elevated my experience of the system to a next level and I would strongly recommend it to any of my colleagues.

Very easy to use, and with customer support anything is possible. Much better system when compared to mailchimp. Hana provided excellent customer service.
