First email marketing app I've used as a small business, and it has been great so far. There have been a few hiccups here and there, and i feel like the app has room to grow, but overall good for starters. Absolutely love the customer service. They are REALLY quick with their replies and get straight to helping you with any issues. Shoutout to Esther for being so patient and taking the initiatives to help me to change certain settings on her end (really appreciate it! <3).

Wow, really fast chat support, on a SUNDAY! Also, the rep noticed that I may be using a package that wasn't the best for me and made a recommendation that is saving us money monthly. Great support, highly recommend!

The customer support in unparalleled. Having a live agent to chat with has been so amazing for setting the whole thing up for a noob like me. The whole process has been quite painless and easy to use and I am the least tech savy person I know other than my mom. Esther has been extremely helpful with the process. Mia is also amazing. Super quick responses and got everything sorted out in a few minutes. Really happy so far. I also love how generous they are with the free plan, and I think its brilliant marketing. Get hooked when you're small and then why would we switch later? We most likely wouldn't. Very impressed.

I've been using this app for a while now. It's multifunctional and it took me a while to figure it out. But Audrey was so nice and fast that she helped me get up to speed in no time. Thank you for the quality support!!!
