We are using this Avada Email Marketing tool and its beautiful, easy to use and very handy product. Avada's support is team is there for you whenever we need it. Special thanks to Hana and Lydia who helped me with smooth segmentation and email execution.

App can get really slow sometimes but all the features I need are there and for free! The support has been great and they have assisted me in a timely manner every time I have needed them, Shout out to Lydia! She was a big help getting started on the app.

Scam! They promise you "unlimited contacts and emails" for $16 plan or at least what they state. BUT it is only when you install their app you will see that it is not unlimited, but in fact is very well limited to only 500 contacts... Reporting them to Shopify for NAD

Support always seems to be available, was able to even work with Hana over a holiday weekend on a Sunday. She was a great help.

used the app 2 years, but there have been technical problems in recent months, Inexplicably sent last year's order confirmation email, many of our customers complained why send last year order confirm email, the most disastrous thing was sending hundreds of emails at once. I want to set up email once and run it forever, This app obviously can't do that, it has a lot of technical errors. If you schedule an email to be sent, it may not be sent on time, and may be four or five hours later than the time you set. The worst thing is that SMS delivery will also be delayed. If you set it to be sent at 8 pm, it may be sent at 1 am.Every time you ask, the customer service will explain that it is a technical reason. Sometimes the button to send the test email disappears, sometimes integration with other app breaks, and by the time you discover it, months have passed. I've had enough of the recurring problems, obviously this is not a mature app, and its technical errors may cause you to lose a lot of customers. by the way, there are also problems with email recognition. Many customer emails are identified as undeliverable, but Shopify's automatic emails can be sent to the customer's inbox. Although it is cheaper than other apps, it has many shortcomings and I have to give up this app.
