Scam! They promise you "unlimited contacts and emails" for $16 plan or at least what they state. BUT it is only when you install their app you will see that it is not unlimited, but in fact is very well limited to only 500 contacts... Reporting them to Shopify for NAD

You will encounter a lot of strange technical problems. Your scheduled emails may often fail to be sent. Your automated emails may suddenly stop working one day, and then you will not find the problem until a few months later. The integration with the other app It will also suddenly disconnect. The explanation from customer service is always that there is a technical problem and they will fix it as soon as possible. I have been using avada for three years, but I have to consider changing to another app. In addition, many pages load very slowly, and you may have to refresh them,page keep displaying “There is a technical problem with Avada Commerce that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Avada Commerce. If that does not work, please contact to use to support.”

I am very satisfied with this app! The free version is excellent for those just starting out and the app is very easy to set up. I would like to thank Hana from support who helped me validate my email in the application. Thanks!
