WOW this support is the worst I even seen, they have a problem with their system but there is no developer that can fix it, I'm waiting over a week and nothing, the app work well but if there is a problem no one is going to take care of it, it's not the first time they has an issue and i waited so many time and got 0 support

Great app so far! Smooth email marketing experience, very customizable, and customer service is great! I had one issue and Hana helped me resolve it in literally under 2 minutes. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Avada's apps! From the moment I downloaded the app, I knew I was in for a treat. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and exceptionally user-friendly. But what really sets Avada apart is their top-notch customer service. I had a particular issue that I couldn't resolve myself, and that's when Hana from their support team stepped in. Her assistance was incredibly warm and attentive. Thanks to Hana, my problem was perfectly resolved in no time at all.

they spam my email for internal glitched emails every 5-10 minutes for a past 2-3 weeks, i contacting them every day to solve the problem. nobody care, never received any feedback from them. support is useless. asked to provide contact of supervisor, to aware of the problem. guess what nothing. they trashed our corporate email . i can't find any useful email from my customers because, they sent a tousand of email for a past 2 weeks. want to delete this shit and forget . give you 24h

Ava Email is easy to operate and allows for automation and email subscription pop-ups. It makes my website more complete. But when I hit a small snag in the design section, Liz was able to solve my problem quickly! Thanks to Liz being able to solve my problem, I was able to design my popup in no time.

I'm pretty happy about this app, they charge less than any other email and SMS marketing apps but they have all the features you need. Sometimes there are small bugs but they are very responsive, the support is 24/7 online chat which is AWESOME. Esther solved a problem for me that other support wasn't able to solve. Highly recommend

I decided to try the Avada Email marketing & SMS today by integrating it to my store. The app seems to be a great one, though it's my first time. I was so excited to start using it, however I encountered a couple issues with the settings. I contacted their team which promptly responded and specifically Tony who helped me solve the issue. I just want to say thanks for being available, mainly because many amount us entrepreneurs are not that good at using computers. As we are trying to do everything by ourselves, things might sometimes get tough for us and a helping hand is always very welcome. Thank you so much Tony and to the rest of his team!
