I had a few problems with the setup, but Lydia was very quick to response. Lydia have been very helpful and resolved all the issues I encountered.

Lydia from The Avada Email Marketing & SMS app has been great to deal with when setting up email automations for our Shopify account. So far it has been exactly what we have been looking for to streamline some of our processes.

I've had a couple questions on using this as the app is new to me. Support has been wonderful! Sunny was fast, efficient, and helped resolve my issue within 5 minutes. I am super happy so far, and I am glad that support is 24/7. I work odd hours and it's nice to know someone will be there when I need them

Very disappointed with Avado. I spent the time personalizing my emails to automatically send and it appeared that they were working on the issue, but they were not. Left me with no explanation or explanation.

Sehr einfach zu bedienen, mit vielen tollen Templates. Vorallem als small business leicht die kostenlose version vollkommen aus. Das live support Team ist auch total freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte mein Problem in kürzester Zeit lösen. Danke Hana !! Kann die App jedem nur ans Herz legen und hat die 5 Sterne auf jedenfall verdient!

Un' app veramente fantastica anche nella sua versione gratuita. La utilizzo da un paio di mesi e mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho utilizzato il forms per la newsletter con il buono sconto , l'automazione che invia la email personalizzata ai clienti dopo essersi iscritti e le varie email. Ottima anche l'assistenza che è disponiblie h24 e un grazie speciale a Jasmine che ha risolto un mio problema in pochi minuti. A truly fantastic app even in its free version. I've been using it for a couple of months and I've had a great time. I used the forms for the newsletter with the discount coupon, the automation that sends the personalized email to customers after they sign up and the various emails. The assistance is also excellent and is available 24 hours a day and a special thanks to Jasmine who solved my problem in just a few minutes.

Avada is very thorough and their customer service team is excellent. When I have an issue, Emily resolves it quickly and responds with detailed responses to my questions and screenshots.

Yep, I love this app!! As a small business, I needed something that was easy to use and affordable - I found it right here! The one small issue I did have was resolved quickly by Liz on the support chat. Was a human error on my part and she had it solved right away. This is my second app with Avada and I'm so impressed with them! As my email list hopefully grows, I will stay right here with them because of the great service I have had from the beginning! Thanks again, Liz! You're the best!

Just great customer support! i have used multiple Avada apps on my store, what i like the most is there prompt responses to fix issues. i worked with Jasmine lately and she was great, fixed all my problems patiently. I also had a great interaction with Esther when i had questions about my email automations. overall great customer service, prompt responses and they always get the job done.

The app is good for customizing the newsletters but the servers they use are very bad, always getting blocked by the browser or antivirus. Had clients telling me too. My antivirus always finds their redirect server which they probably use for tracking the conversions as malware . Customer service is not great either. Shame I will be moving to a competitor.
