This is an excellent App for Email Marketing. Easy to create different forms, create automated responses. They support it excellent - shout out to Hana for all her help today. Not just Hana, every support contact we have had has been excellent - knowledgeable and helpful.

Please stay FAR AWAY from AVA. There are constantly technical issues and their support team cannot help with anything. If I were to describe my experience with AVA it would be far too long, so I'll summarize it with this one sentence: AVA marketing sucks.

Amazing customer service. i was overwhelmed by how much this app does, but the customer service and tutorials made it easy for me to learn...The pop-ups are perfect for our site. Hana was fantastic to work with.

Prakash was truly amazing!!! Helped me to fix things and in general these people are just wonderful. They help the minute you contact them and they will do anything to make you happy. Knowledgeable and courteous and even funny at times. Shopify listen up…..keep these apps and these people. Nothing like their service. So hard to find good people these days. Thank you so much Prakash , you are awesome!! This company is lucky to have you. Abby also is amazing. Honestly everyone there is great.

I love Avada's apps! As I keep using their apps they become easier to navigate. I designed my FAQ page perfectly, just needed them to do a minor change and Jasmine, resolved my issue immediately, like within 5 minutes. She also showed me how to solve an issue with my email newsletter which is a problem that I've been having for months now. Jasmine, guided me and again within a matter of minutes I was able to resolve an issue that seemed unresolvable for several months now. Thanks so much, Avada! I really do appreciate all you guys have done. Update: so I finally have my store theme and homepage looking exactly how I want it to. the most important thing for me was the newsletter section of my store's homepage. I spoke with Hana, not only did she help me with the Newsletter sign up but she also assigned a team of experts to help me get it done because it took me all morning to try and figure it out. They were done in just a mater of minutes. I love the new look of my store and can't thank Hana and the rest of the Avada team for helping me with the new look and feel of my store. thanks so much Hana!

I used the notification popup by AVADA and it works like charm. It helps collect substential traffics to my landing page. Thank Abby for your quick help too. Always amazing customer support!
