Great app! Very intuitive and easy to set up. The service was great. Liz helped me finalize my automations and also helped check to make sure everything was ok. She was great and I really enjoy using the app!

After trying 8 different email & popup apps, I landed on Avada. As business owners, it's not just about the app features, but the service as well. Here's what I picked and like Avada: - I can set it up on my phone - They have email templates included - Simple interface - Takes care of the emails and pop up, and automation I needed. No need to have any other app for that - 1000+ contacts from the getgo in the free plan;and even more if you contact them. Today I had a special request to accommodate my site needs. Something that I wasn't able to find with any other apps. So when it came time for me to contact Avada to explain my request, I wasn't expecting it to be an easy thing. As a matter of fact, 3 lively ladies ended up helping me; and Hanna got it all done! She understood my request and was very professional. She knew exactly what she needed from me to get it done...and Voilá! All done! I couldn't thank her enough because I know she had to work some magic! Thank you so much for making the email & optin stuff easy!

Avada has literally the best apps on the app store, I believe they are a must-have for your store as they are so easy to use and the customer support is just awesome. I'm very happy with the support right away I talked to the support and not some bot so that's a plus but I am most grateful to abby because as soon as I wrote, I got a message from her and the conversation took a total of 6/7 minutes and immediately my problem was fixed

helped us to fix a lot of issue and can send out a marketing email campaign automatically with their workflow feature. Liz was also super helpful that assisted us to fix our problems :D
