I've recently had the opportunity to use Avada Email Marketing for my business, and I must say, it's been an exceptional experience. Avada Tool been a breakthrough for my store. I'm solo-store owner who does everything including contacting suppliers, customers, SEO, design, social media etc, so every precious minute counts. Avada Automation, and email-Marketing tools is worth every penny. Special shout out to Emily, my tech support, who helped me a few times during technical issues.

This is my second store, and I did not hesitate a second in using Avada for my email marketing needs. The support is fantastic: - Chat option -Always available -No long wait time -Get a transcript of the conversation sent automatically, so I can refer to it for later use - Support team is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient (*they just solve, or fix my issues right there and then, and it's always been very quick!) *Today I dealt with Esther & she was "The Bomb"! The reasons why I like Avada: - Clean & sophisticated look - The free plan has wayyyyyyy more than what new businesses need ( number of contacts, emails, types of forms to collect emails... - I can do it all on my phone - The email templates come with template text, so I just have to tweak it and enable! I like it simple, clean, and easy to implement. If you want to start a newsletter, set up freebies, send out coupons... you should definitely check them out!

It's amazing and saves me lots of time! Their people is nice, when I connect with them for not farmilier with code to change the size of forms on mobile, they help me to do that! You will also like this app.

Avada is the best EDM tool out there, 10 out of 10, switch from Omnisend. Easy to use and provide enough amazing email temples, Sunny from the support team helps me a lot!

So far so good, hopefully it does everything we need. We do have to say they have an awesome support team. Had an issue with the installation and Hana quickly helped us out.

Its a little difficult to get the hang of since the workflows have a lot of terminology that can be confusing, but the support was very helpful. I worked with Esther in the chat and she was able to fix some issues I had and help with with work arounds. All in all I think there are some improvements that can be made, but the value is there and the price is right so I like this app so far!
