I have spoken to Hana regarding my issues with the domain to be verified on my account. Hana has been very helpful and have provided me with full support. She didn't left me until all was sorted. I am very grateful that she has guided me throughout until the issue has been resolved.

Very Fast and Quick Customer Service. Was just having a small issue and Hana came in very quick to fix the issue. Haven't had the app for long but seem like the app is very good and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I recently started using Avada Email Marketing software, and as someone new to the platform, I was initially overwhelmed. However, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic, thanks to their excellent customer service. I encountered an issue with setting up my first email campaign and wasn’t sure how to resolve it. I reached out to their support team, and Hana, one of their customer service agents, was incredibly helpful. She making sure I understood how to navigate the software. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the process so much easier for a beginner like me. What I appreciated most was how quickly Hana responded and how she made sure that I was comfortable with everything before we ended the session. She even followed up later to ensure everything was running smoothly. Overall, I’m very impressed with Avada Email Marketing software. It’s user-friendly, and the customer support is top-notch. If you’re new to email marketing or need reliable support, I highly recommend Avada. Hana and the team have certainly earned my trust!

Really didn't work for me. Font on email was wrong, I asked them to fix it and it broke my automation
