Hana has been incredibly helpful. It even turned out that the issue wasn't related to the Avada product, and despite the fact that I was using it incorrectly, she kindly guided me to solve the problem. I'm truly grateful.

I am still at the stage on the onboarding, but I can say that everything is very straight forward and intuitive. For any questions that may arise, the support is always there and is super quick via chat option. Cudos to Hana and Damian for helping me out and answering all of my questions!
