This app is exactly what I was looking for. I'm able to send emails, have automated forms, and even send SMS automations. Customer support is also very helpful. If your looking for email marketing, would definitely recommend this app.

Had numerous issues with this app and would not recommend anyone to use it. Save your money and the hassle. Your email will not send properly, your sms's will link other websites that youre not familiar with or simply not work at all and so many other issues. Beware!
Hi there, Rainy here from AVADA. I deeply apologize for your experience. After checking the issue you reported, I see that we already resolved them. There is one thing left is the SMS segment which you changed after going live the campaign. So basically it would not implement the change because all logs are created - this is the normal logic. Until now I used ActiveCampaign, but when you have a webshop I think AVA is the best way forward because of all the automatic integration with Shopify. Also it's much easier to copy elements in campaigns, so it's faster to set up. And on top of that the support is amazing and really fast. For example Jasmin just helped me really great and instant. I can highly recommmend.

The best email marketing application for me. I have tested many that I deleted because they were too complicated or not sharp or customizable enough. Avada is perfect and allows me to manage everything easily even though it is in English (I am French and my shop is in France). The big plus: the support team is great. Sunny responded within seconds and solved my problem within minutes. I am very happy!

I replaced 2 apps with this one app. It's easy to use and it integrates into other apps making it even easier to use. Also, the customer service is excellent!

The app has great functionalities and it is very easy to use. I have used other apps for marketing before and this is much cleaner and easier to use...which saves us a lot of time. Also, customer care is great...and has been proactive in offering to help, with Jasmine for example.

Rainy contacted me One minute after downloading the app and added me on WhatsApp so she can give me awesome communication and support. She’s helping me set up the common workflows that generally do a good ROI. Not to put any company down but I definitely Would refer Avada over Omni send any day!
