I am a client of avada and have had a great experience with the company. I have used the product for 4 months and have had no issues or problems. The customer service is on point. I have also had a great experience using the product. I have had a few issues with the product and avada was quick and helpful in getting me fixed. I would recommend avada to anyone looking to upgrade to a more reliable and user friendly product

I've used Avada for many months now for email marketing and pop-up subscriptions. I absolutely love it! Avada makes email automation seamless. Their email and pop-up templates look fantastic. Any time I need help with something, someone is ALWAYS readily available via chat to help me. Truly impeccable customer service. Esther just helped me solve a problem extremely quickly and efficiently, and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you Esther and Avada.io!

So far Ava Email is easy to use and makes you look great while doing it. I'm still setting everything up but when I hit a small snag in the design part of my welcome email, I was able to connect with Emily, not in minutes it was seconds. I couldn't believe how quickly she replied. Emily was able to resolve my problem and I was back editing my welcome email in no time. If everything turns out like her support I think this will be a winning email marketing program! I'll edit this in a few months to let you know.

Amazing support service (Hana was really nice and helpful, 5-star service), but the web is a little messy. Also, there are great templates to use for your emails.

LOVED that this app is free to use and that it's pretty comprehensive. We're using it mainly for the pop-up feature and it's really quick and easy to set up. I had a problem with my site at 11:00pm and there seems to be 24/7 support, which is an absolute lifesaver. I was communicating with Jasmine for over 45 minutes and she answered each and every single one of my questions with kindness and efficiency. Would definitely recommend this app!

I received support today in order to verify my account with Prakash and it went wonderfully. I was having issues with the regular chat so I switched to FB messenger and we got reconnected in minutes! Awesome quick & helpful support from this guy and would highly recommend it. Thanks again!

I had an issue with the image being blurry and couldn't get it right. I used the support chat and I got a quick response from Juliana who had fix my issue. Thank you Juliana for your help.

Most everything I attempted to do during installation and configuration resulted in a Support intervention and subsequent escalation. In one instance, learned that my store was "magento" version so this Avada feature (inserting dynamic images in email template) won't work. Yet selecting the widget somehow remains a selectable option. Too many "delete cache & cookie" responses from support meaning that F/E devs have done a terribad job of cache management on the client side resulting in a lot of data-presentation issues. Example: information displayed on your dashboard is not current or accurate compared to what Avada Support is seeing at that same time. Sorry/Not-Sorry but had to move on to a new product evaluation.
