I had a fantastic experience with the Avada Apps support team. Audrey was incredibly helpful in assisting me with page speed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Max was also instrumental in troubleshooting a technical issue I was facing. I had a few critical items that needed to be fixed, so I contacted customer support and Ricky was more than willing to fix those. In less than 15 minutes, all issues were solved and he did a few other things to speed up my store. Amazing customer service as always.
