I had a great experience with Viola from the support team. She quickly understood my request to enable all structured data features for my Shopify store and guided me through the process step-by-step. She also explained how structured data helps improve SEO and visibility in Google search results, which I found very helpful. Viola enabled the features right away, including the Breadcrumb schema and Review snippet, and even tested them to make sure they were working correctly. If you want an all-in-one SEO tool for Shopify that’s actually beginner-friendly but still powerful, Avada is worth it. The image optimization is fast, the SEO audit catches issues I missed, and the structured data setup (FAQ, Product, etc.) is a big plus. I also like that you can auto-apply fixes in bulk instead of doing them one by one. Definitely helps boost page speed and Google rankings without hiring an SEO agency.

Amazing tool so far. Has a lot of very in depth tools that make life a lot easier and its a pretty good price! customer support is very quick (responds within 5 minutes and are always recommending changes to the website and wanting to help) I had Penelope assisting me and she was very quick, nice, and knowledgeable when it came to assisting me!

The live chat bot is quite amazing! I thought it was an AI bot because of the speed etc. that it replied. Aparently it is a live support desk and the people (like Tobias) do an amazing job helping me through the SEO struggles!
