This app is awesome for shopify SEO and the support I received from Penelope was something that can make your life easier on the app. She understood the problem and gave the brisk solution. Totally recommend Avada for Shopify store owners

The live chat bot is quite amazing! I thought it was an AI bot because of the speed etc. that it replied. Aparently it is a live support desk and the people (like Tobias) do an amazing job helping me through the SEO struggles!

Tobias was very helpful assisting me with my poor LCP slow website load times. He helped me understand the concepts better and assisted me with vastly improving my SEO and LCP Scores and he also upgraded my account to allow me to use more advanced tools to further improve my image optimizations, SEO Meta Tags, and assisted with submitting my details to the Goggle search engine and tested my page to make sure it functioned as requested and providing 24 hour on going support, all for free but they do have a paid plan if you nee more options.

I like this app, it is easy to use and customer support is very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best customer service I have seen lately. Thanks to Tobias in helping me with my latest queries.

Promising image optimization – great support, now under test We’ve recently integrated the image optimization feature of Avada SEO into our shop steinkunstwerk.de (Germany) and are now entering a real-world test phase. We’re evaluating performance with various snippets, lazy loading, and structured data options. Special thanks to Penelope from the support team – she quickly helped us adjust several important settings during setup and enabled additional optimization features, which we will of course make full use of during our testing. So far, the experience has been great. Should any insights arise from our long-term test, we’ll update this review accordingly.
