Najgorsza apka do seo. Unikajcie jej. Poziom SEO po jej działaniu spadł z 85% na 60%. Błędy do naprawienia tylko przez programistę. Zmiany w szablonie, sklep zwolnił z 87% na 47%. Mimo indeksacji blokuje meta tittle i description. Ogólnie więcej szkód niż pożytku.

IT MESSED UP ALL OF MY FIRST IMAGE OF MY PRODUCTS! CUSTOMERS CAN'T SEE ALL THE IMAGES, ALL THE PRODUCTS BECAME UNAVAILABLE TO ALL MARKETPLACES!!! ESPECIALLY GOOGLE!!! I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY IF THEY CAN'T FIX THE ISSUES!! PLEASE HELP ME REPORT THIS COMPANY TO SHOPIFY!!!!!

This app is a waste of money. It doesn't work as described, it duplicated photos of products, and my website is not faster and optimised. I asked for help many many times, no solutions, no answer at all! Be aware!

Using this application for more than a year. Until now everything worked perfect but on the beginning of 2024 the application started doing too many troubles. For the last 4 months I have spent too many times and money because of the application bugs, and it made me tired and feel fucked up. The last update of the application is the worst I ever saw. Nothing works and even while I tried to make customized changes and upgrade to the entrepreneurship plan for almost 100$ monthly - too many functions are not working, and application is not performing at all. Must mention that except for the money i lost for the subscription, except for the time I lost for trying to fix those bugs with the support - the application broken our site at all. The whole theme lost.

The following will be my honest experience with the app and my review of the features and benefits provided. I have used this app daily for the past 4 weeks. My understanding was the app would provide SEO optimization and increase the response and speed of my site loading. Throughout my 4 weeks of using this app, and learning the web development aspects as I went, I have come to realize that all of the services and benefits the app proclaims to provide, it does not. Or, if it does, it does not do so to a satisfactory enough level to warrant taking up any space within my website or even the list of apps that my website utilizes. I have found a significantly larger impact on both SEO optimization and speed increase by taking a hands-on approach and learning the intricacies of both categories myself. Now, I understand that is a huge undertaking, that is the reason I initially installed this app. However, it has done nothing but prove to be a disappointment in comparison to the benefits advertised. Therefore, wanting to be transparent in my review, it is my review of this app and my suggestion to anyone who reads this review not to install this app as it does not provide what it promises. I hope I am able to save you some time. Furthermore, I just finished reaching out to the support team concerning the commonly utilized feature of “lazy loading” for my website. Specifically referring to images “below the fold.”I had just started this journey 4 months ago and was able to deduce what “below the fold” means when used in this reference. It was alarming to me that the support personnel was unfamiliar not only with the term but also with their features in relation to this term. He is going to have his technical support team reach out to me via email. So, in short; their app does not do what they claim and their support team is unable to provide support.

Sitemap doesn't work. they don't fix anything. they say they are sending to support to fix and don't do anything. Its been four days. a complete waste of time and insult. Horrible !!!!!!!! Insulting to not even email an update.

Not at all helpful. Decreased the speed score & even the basic things are under pro plan which is not at all good for starting stores

the app is not working for free don't use this app this app not provide any free option to use worst app

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE - You have been warned! Lets start, once I'd done all the "basic steps" they tell you to they managed to slow my store down! (Opposite of speed it up!) They have lots of advertising and talk themselves up plenty by putting reviews everywhere. (I'm caused to wonder why they got those!) None of the features actually helped my site. I dropped from a 47 score to a 17 score while using these guys. Someone else mentioned the requests to the site made and I've come across the same issue, they are sending so many requests that it slows everything down. My advice - If you know what to do, do it yourself, otherwise use a different app!

Complete scammers. Everything is set up in such a way that after choosing the 14-day trial period, you thought that all the features of the pro version were still unavailable to you. So you switched to the pro version right away. The very first function I tested, which is adding alt tags to images, doesn't work correctly. Despite clear settings indicating not to overwrite the current text, it still overwrites it. The support team is not helpful at all and says it's supposed to be that way. After just 3 minutes of using it, I asked for a refund. We'll see.

dps q usei esse app aí ele removeu todas as avaliações da minha loja, as estrelas dos produtos e das coleções, o backup deles não funcionou além de ter piorado a velocidade da minha loja em até 10 pontos, conferi nos códigos e esse app instala uma porrada de script dentro da sua loja, recomendo usar outros, n sei se é padrão ou se fui azarado...enfim, não consegui recuperar as avaliações do ryviu, já reinstalei o app, refiz os códigos, terei q trocar

After deleting the App, i still find tons of files from Avada.. why cant you delete your whole app? It was not satisfiying for me.

Like other SEO apps, after being uninstalled, the code still remains on your website because of some features like meta tags or structured data which inserts snippets into your theme. Updated Review: This app is a complete mess right now. Our site speed goes down everyday, and their "tech support" blamed everything on Google and offered no solution. They flat out told us there's nothing they can do, but still expect us to pay every month for a service not provided . Their app's codes are all over our website and it would be a nightmare to try to remove them. That is how they hold their customers hostage and make them pay every month even though this app does nothing to improve your site speed. We also just found out that they reverted our account back to free plan for no reason and limited our access, WHILE WE'RE STILL SUBSCRIBED AND PAYING EVERY MONTH. That's just pure fraud. Shopify online store owners DO NOT install this app. It's not what it used to be and looks like the people behind it have completely given up and just stealing customer's money right now.

Be aware and stay away! We installed this app and tried automatic improvement for page speed as well as some other automatic functions. The next day our SEO ranking dropped with over 2000 positions down, cathatstrophical for us and after contact with Avada they claim that this is not something that has to do with the changes the app did. We did no other changes and our SEO score is still at this bad level even after trying to invert the changes made. I wish we would have stayed far away from this app.

As mentioned in the feedback, the ranking dropped 1000 positions in your keywords after one day of using our app. I would love to ask for more information to investigate the issue wisely. 1/ What target keywords do you see a decrease in the ranking? What pages(s) are you referring to? We appreciate it if you let us know which tool and how you measure the ranking. The more information we have, the faster we can do to find out the root of the issue. 2/ Our app has two main benefits: optimize store speed (instantly) and ranking (long term). That said, rarely, the ranking drops badly after a night due to an application installed. Note that it takes 3-5 days for Google to index any change made on your site. There are still possible causes, and it is great to have your collaboration to find out exactly the culprit! We are seeking your help to do a full audit to diagnose the problem and repair the process to ensure you won't have to go through anything like this again. Péssimo, ao inves de comprimir as imagens retirou varias imagens do meu site e descrição de produtos! Por mim não daria nem 1 estrela! paguei o plano para voltar as minhas imagens mas ele não restaurou a cagada que fez!!!! NÃO RECOMENDO JAMAIS!

To be honest, at first I was skeptical about the program and thought and that it is going to be like other apps out there claiming to boost site speed. It didn't disappoint the support team was hungry for a review and did everything they could to speed up the site within hours. After the review was published, the speed crashed to 29 worse than what I started with 49. I've told them about the issue and they still didn't figure it out after 24 hours. My experience has been horrible. *Note this an updated review.
