This app has helped me Immensely Tiana offered advice over and above the customer service I was asking. The customer service team has always responded almost immediately to questions. It so far has been a fantastic experience.

Fantastic First Impressions – Great Features & Top-Notch Support! Just started using Avada SEO Optimizer today and I’m already blown away by how user-friendly it is. Everything is laid out clearly, making it super easy to jump right in and start optimizing. The features are powerful and feel built with real Shopify store owners in mind. A special thank you to Nim for the amazing customer service – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made getting started a breeze. Excited to see the long-term results, but so far, I’m genuinely impressed. Highly recommend!

Full featured SEO app is the best one I've tried and handles everything from rich snippets to sitemaps to image optimization to 301 and 404 redirects. The customer service is great too, especially Ricky, who helped me with a question I had.

I am using the free version and so far, so good. No issues to date and the app is very helpful for reining in your content and pushing SEO. Customer support has also been great when I've used it.

Hi, We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have a positive experience with the app. We completely understand that every merchant hopes for quick results. However, we would like to clarify for anyone reading this: SEO fundamentally requires setup, optimization, and ongoing effort. There’s no SEO app — including ours — that can bring in immediate traffic without completing essential setup steps and content improvements. In your case, our team had several support sessions to guide you through setting up features and fixing SEO issues. However, the setup was never fully completed — it was paused midway because it was perceived as too time-consuming. Without proper setup and consistency, it’s simply not possible to expect meaningful SEO results, no matter which tool is used. Additionally, I personally reached out to you, pointed out critical issues on your store such as duplicate h1 tags, missing meta tags, and poor page speed performance, and offered to work with you to improve them. Unfortunately, the necessary steps were not followed through. We’re always here to support merchants who are committed to building real, sustainable SEO results — because SEO is not magic; it requires proper setup and continuous collaboration.
