Absolutely outstanding support from Avada SEO Suite! I ran into an issue where my out-of-stock products were suddenly set to “noindex,” and I was really concerned about the impact on my SEO. Ricky from Avada Support handled the situation professionally from start to finish. He was patient, responsive, and took the time to properly investigate the issue instead of giving generic answers. Support like this makes a huge difference. Fast response, clear communication, and genuine willingness to help. Highly recommended — and special thanks to Ricky for the excellent support!

In precedenza, la tua esperienza era stata valutata con 5 stelle. Al momento non disponiamo di dettagli specifici riguardo al problema SEO o a Google Merchant a cui ti riferisci. Dai nostri registri di sistema risulta che siano state effettuate solo ottimizzazioni di base tramite la checklist, come modifiche ai meta tag e agli H1, interventi che non hanno la capacità tecnica di rimuovere la visibilità nei motori di ricerca o azzerare le performance SEO. Abbiamo inoltre notato che sullo store sono installate diverse altre app SEO e di gestione dei contenuti, che in alcuni casi possono interagire tra loro e influenzare il modo in cui i motori di ricerca elaborano i dati del sito. We were surprised to read this, as during our live chat conversations this issue was never mentioned. In fact, prior to this, your review reflected a 5-star experience. At the moment, we do not have specific details about the SEO or Google Merchant issue you’re referring to. From our system logs, only basic checklist optimizations were performed, such as meta tag and H1 adjustments, which do not have the technical capability to remove search visibility or reset SEO performance. We also noticed that multiple other SEO and content-related apps are installed on the store, which can sometimes interact with each other and affect how search engines process site data. I had the pleasure to work with Kevin. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I cant say enough about the Avada support that I received from Kevin. He really knows the platform and gave me lots of ideas on things I had never thought of. Having support no matter what time I log in is super helpful. I'm so impressed and educated on the features - I can now make further configurations that will make huge improvements to our site. Thank you so much for the incredible care Kevin!

I have unstalled it but it still charged me!!!
Hi yiru.jewellery, We’re really sorry for the confusion and frustration this situation has caused. In your case, the billing cycle may have already started before the app was uninstalled. If an app is uninstalled or downgraded during an active billing cycle, Shopify will still include the full app charge in your next monthly Shopify invoice. This is standard billing behavior applied to all subscription-based apps on Shopify. Incredibly helpful app for my businesses. has allowed me to optimise my SEO, site speed clearly and efficiently among other things, I now use it for multiple businesses of mine. its become an essential. the customer support/help team is incredible as well, it is among the customer support you can get, rivals top brands and companies. they always respond quickly, compendiously and in a way that is assured to help you. personally ive dealt with Kevin twice now, his great and super helpful.
