Ricky was very helpful. He even explained in detail some of the meanings that I didn't know. He took me through one by one features regarding fixing issues in product pages for SEO better optimisation results.

Even on free version the app is very useful and offers a lot of guidance to optimise SEO. The customer support is very good, specifically Kevin was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had :)

The app works great. However, what truly sets this app apart from others is definitely its customer support. I spoke with Penelope, and she is amazing. She answered all of my questions with patience and respect. It's truly a remarkable experience. Most programs can do what this app does, but they cannot offer the level of service this app provides. Avada is a great app for Shopify store owner. The support theme is always there to answer all your questions and provide the necessary help.If they can not help you right away they escalate the issue to their tech team.
