I need some help and Lydia and Tony were so extremely helpful. They were fast to response, and immediately knew what I needed. Made it super clear and easy. Highly recommend this app and the team!!

The app has its limitations (we cannot have size charts in multiple languages, or different size charts for different countries). The designing of the size chart is not very friendly, nor it works well when you're designing for mobile. However, when asking for help in the chat, the team was quick to connect with one of their engineers that solved this mobile designing issue quickly. Support works wonders. Esther was very hands-on to help us on an issue.

I am blown away by the incredible service provided by Avada.io! Despite encountering a minor bug in the display, my experience was quickly turned around thanks to their outstanding customer support.
