The app works really well for us, but the real stars here are the support team! Jonas went above and beyond to help me this morning with a shipping issue I thought was related to BSS. It turned out to be caused by another app, but that didn’t stop Jonas from dedicating his time to finding a solution. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive - he genuinely couldn’t do enough to assist me. Best service of any app I've used so far. They've helped customize several aspects of what we need and the auto-tagging features saved a ridiculous amount of time so we can generate reports based on wholesale vs retail orders instead of Shopify's native reports that don't have enough customization for our setup.
