This is a fabulous out of the box solution. It is a low cost solution and then any extras are available from the same team at reasonable prices. There is a very good trial period allowing you to get it set up and tested without paying a cent. Support is 7+ hours ahead of us but once I worked out the time difference support was excellent. I really got the feeling that I was getting personal one-to-one support. Once the installation is complete the app is very robust.

Joy and Staff are quick to response on my inquiry. What you see on the demo is what you get no hidden or what so ever. If you encounter some problem the staff is quick to solve or give you solution on it. Would definitely recommend the app.

Having used a slow invoice/email process for wholesale through shopify for 2 years, this has been a great alternative to have on our shopify store. Only wish this option had a slightly higher tier which includes the hide/lock price option (paying for two separate apps requires ongoing wholesale sales to justify) but it streamlines everything into one store. With this setup, I don't need a second site, spending more time keeping tabs on stock across both sites, which can't be easily synced. Overall, the team is great and they produced exactly what I was looking for in a short period of time. Emma and her team constantly checked in to make sure everything was to the standard / UI / UX I was looking for. Not cheap for a small shop, but invaluable when it comes to the overall function and flow from the back-end.

Being new to setting up a B2B commerce solution for the business, which can be quite daunting in the beginning, Jennie and the team have been a fantastic (and friendly) help, always quick to respond with either fixes, answers or regular updates if our requirements are a little more complex, which has felt really reassuring!! We are using the suite of B2B apps from BSS Commerce over 3 different businesses. Using the one app business for a number of apps means everything fits together seamlessly and we can work with one external team for support - and they know our business! On our website, we have both B2B and B2C capability - the BSS apps means we can provide the best service and experience to our customers and the website adapts dynamically depending on their account. We offer multiple pricing levels and different product ranges for different customers and the website ensures the correct price and product selection is shown to our different customer segments. Highly recommend the apps and the team!

The support provided by June was excellent. Scheduling was not easy between Vietnam and East Coast US, but June worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us, and once she got the problem she worked it through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Excellent app. Excellent customer service. We had been using another slightly cheaper app, which did not work on all browsers, switched to B2B and after a little support, everything is great. Lots of features. Worth the extra!

Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store. We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning registration form and wholesale set up.
