Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Support ist wirklich herausragend – schnell, lösungsorientiert und dabei außergewöhnlich freundlich. Einen Service auf diesem Niveau erlebt man selten. Die App läuft stabil, hält genau, was sie verspricht, und eignet sich perfekt für den B2B-Einsatz. Vielen Dank an das Team!

As a newcomer to the B2B online merchanting world, the team at BSS B2B has been brilliant to enable it to be as successful as possible. Ines has been extremely helpful in understanding our specific needs and working them through with us to ensure our Shopify site is working as it needs to in conjunction with the BSS B2B app. I would recommend this app for its ease of use as well as knowing that there is a helpful, supportive and responsive team behind you. Great support from the BSS B2B support team. We had a translation issue with the country names in the country dropdown. It was only in English and not translated to other languages. The BSS B2B team managed to solve this within an hour. Great job!

Alena and Ruby went above and beyond when helping us integrate the app on an unsupported theme. Their development team helped edit the theme directly and carried on making updates until it met our business requirements. Super module B2B : équipe réactive, efficace et toujours disponible. Les échanges sont fluides, les réponses rapides et les besoins bien compris. Je le recommande sans hésiter au point que j’en ai besoin de trois modules différents. A recommander même pour une boutique française !

Absolutely outstanding customer support and help with any request we’ve made so far. I find BSS B2B well worth the money. Easy for wholesale customers to sign up, and easy to navigate in the backend. I recommend this app for all business looking for a cost efficient way to manage wholesale accounts.

Stets Hilfsbereit und für kleines Geld programmieren Sie auch gerne Sachen um, bei Kleinigkeiten nehmen Sie kein Geld. TOP APP, ich bin Super zufrieden mit dem Support Team und der APP allgemein. Support antworte innerhalb paar Minuten.

Wir nutzen die BSS B2B Großhandelslösung und B2B Lock und es funktioniert echt super. Wir konnten auf diese Art einen Online Shop bauen, der unseren Bedürfnissen gerecht wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Support - teils sogar Antworten am Wochenende und bereits am Montag die fertige Lösung. Weiter so! :-)
