If Tom is anything to go by, the crew at BSS is fabulous. Tom was excellent, helped me set up the B2B app and also identified another app I needed called Lock. He helped me set that up also. His explanations were easy for me to grasp too. Up till now I have had several points of contact with the team at BSS all of which have been excellent and Tom just topped that off. Exemplary! We've been implementing BSS B2B Solution for our professional haircare wholesale store and the experience has been very positive. The app offers a wide range of features including customer-specific pricing, quantity breaks, wholesale pricing, login restrictions and B2B customer management. We use several different pricing structures across our product categories and the flexibility of the system has allowed us to build a solution that fits our business requirements very well. What stands out most is the support team. Ines has been extremely helpful throughout the implementation process. She has consistently taken the time to answer detailed questions, investigate technical challenges and guide us towards the best solutions. Response times have been fast, communication has been professional and we always felt supported. As with any advanced B2B setup, some configurations require careful planning, but the support team has been there whenever we needed assistance. If you're looking for a serious B2B solution for Shopify with excellent customer support, this app is definitely worth considering.

App is flexible and developers can ajust it for your needs. Their team provided to us a lot of customizations and was open to our requests.
The app helped us to have our shop for B2C and B2B. The app has a lot of functions. If you need something special, you can ask the support and they helped us. They are very kind and fast.

We’ve been working with this app for months and we’re very happy with it. We apply discounts to specific customers, it helps us manage maximum purchase quantities, and it lets us control quantity increments when selling certain products. Support is super quick to answer and efficient. App works as intended and is super easy to setup. Only took me about 2-3 hours to set up my whole B2B and B2C versus 8+ hours on other platforms that I used in the past. Totally Recommend!
