After doing extensive research for a B2B wholesale solution for our Shopify store, I landed with this company. I am thrilled with the service that we received while on the trial, it was one of the many deciding factors to move forward with the app. I reached out for assistance with the customization of the registration form to match our theme. Emma C. was prompt to assist with our inquiry, and along with her technician Nguyen Tien Hau, they were able to execute the request timely and exactly to the specifications mentioned. She also provided images of both mobile and desktop to make sure the edits were correct, before closing the ticket! Visually it is everything I wanted. The app is really easy to use, and there is a lot of supporting documentation. I hope that if I need any additional support in the future I get to work with Emma again!

At the first stage, we started using only three applications (B2B/Wholesale Customer Portal, B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price, B2B Portal/ Net Terms), which allow us to completely solve the problem of creating a portal for wholesale customers. Very rich set of tools :) Intuitive rules setting, the same for all tools. Well, a special thank you to the technical support :) Emma and Dao Van Phu, after 7 years of working with Shopify apps, we can say that you are the best!!! Fast, specific and as attentive as possible to the needs of the client. Thank you very much.

Great app, with even greater customer service. Jena and Dong Le Trung helped us create custom Registration forms for our store. They had no issues with any of the prototype design we sent over, and they designed the form exactly how we wanted with proper functionality as well. Their communication was quick and I highly recommend their services.

Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.

This app is the perfect solution if you want to utilize B2B functions but don't have the sales to justify upgrading to Shopify Plus. Jennie and Nguyen Tien Hau have provided great support in setting up our system and making some small customizations to our theme. First thing to say is the team support, exellent work to June Nguyen - my representative. See keep me in touch very well. And for the app, this is the B2B app that we need. B2B/Wholesale Solution app is excellent for stores targeting B2B & B2C customers. B2B/Wholesale app is customizable with fast and dedicated support. I promise you that you will not be disappointed when working with the BSS Commerce team. There is some incompatibility that we are facing with the collection pages and product pages but the team has done an amazing job on these pages. Big thank to dev Anh Duc Tran and Bui Thanh Phong who quickly solved the problem. I have problem with the Order Limits warning from our side but June Nguyen and the team has provide a great alternative solution for us. Good job!

Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh made an outstanding job at ironing out the flaws after my initial installation. There was a few theme related, a few caused by me and a few others on the way but they made sure to help me fix all of them in a timely manner and even help me integrate with one of their other apps. The functions are great when its up and running so thank you for having the best support team to make sure it gets up and running!

BSS Commerce is a very good company if you need a working app. We had a lot of changes to the wholesale solution app so that it fits our needs and legal requirements. Emma and her technician Nguyen Thanh Phong did a very good job. They even worked some overtime to make the app work. Emma and Nguyen implemented all changes very quickly according to our wishes. We have also installed another app - Product Options from BSS Commerce. Emma and her team are also working at the moment to make everything possible so that both apps are working perfectly togheter. Emma also replies very quickly to all of my questions an explaines things very well, too. We are really satisfied and excited to see the result of the both apps in the end. Currently we cannot report any negative points. Many thanks to Emma and Nguyen for their help and work.
