Definitely a helpful company. I haven't done crazy great yet, however the platform is easy and self guiding. No app is easy and if they sell it to be easy, they are lying. All apps take time to get used to and set up best, however the team here helped me like 50 times by now bc I reach out so much with questions. I recommend to give it a try if you are needing a WH option. We sell 4-5 Million a year, so definitely good choice for a small business like us. I have been working with June Nguyen as your supporter and the dev guys were named Khanh Nguyen Dinh and Phong Bui Thanh. Ask for them. Good people.

This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. We are using the custom pricing as well as the VAT exempt, tax display and everything is working fluently with the Shopify checkout. The registration process is great too, we can approve a customer, before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. And with the B2B Portal, we can create a whole new portal for the customer's neww experience. The Support agent June Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! June and her tech team - Phu Dao Van, Anh Trinh Viet and Anh Duc Tran were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. They answered really quick and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed (he worked overtime to help us! On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer! Used another B2B app before but changed to BSS, im werry pleased with them!

Guten Tag, Very fast and perfect support. I have installed the B2B Login app from BSS before, and now I'm testing out the B2B/Wholesale Solution app for my site. I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. Great team with great support! I have some issue with the form and they resolve it well. Joy Nguyen is the one who assists me with friendly attitude and good guidance. if any remains unclear, she will ask to clarify again. I would love with this support and keep working you guys. Then the dev expert Nguyen Tien Hau is amazing! The dev first solves one issue with VAT field that is in the code of the theme, though not the responsiblity of the app. Then they help me to restyle the form which is great. Then I want to set spme required fields for the form, they did a great job. The only issue remains with the form is we need the Last Name as required, and they are working on it. Not sure whether they can customize it but we really appreciate their patience and support. It seems like the support agent and the dev team work in harmony and effectively so much. You guys should keep on working as the current and your support service is what makes us feel happy. The app is also good with many modules to explore for wholesale customers. We are happy now and will come back if needing further assistance

I have found this app really easy to use and a great solution compared to the Shopify upgrade. We have used the wholesale registration form which is really helpful as we are a business who sells B2B and B2C so required the 2 different sections. We are also able to manually approve wholesale users which is what we prefer. We have used the Custom Pricing rules to upload our different pricing tiers for different users which has been a great solution for our requirements. Every time I have needed assistance the technical team have assisted me quickly and followed up to ensure I have been able to set everything up as required. Thank you to the technical team (Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Huan) who have all worked really hard in providing me very fast support, and Jonas who has been contacting me promptly via email to assist me.

We have used these two apps to set up our website into a website for my groups of customers, as well as a group-protected B2B Wholesale page where my wholesale clients can create personalized accounts (students, patients, and practitioners) and purchase at the wholesale prices they are accustomed too! - The process was very simple as the help and assistance is impeccable, in my case, June Nguyen was very attentive and exceeded my expectations on all fronts when requesting if certain things could be done on the website and she had them created and running as quickly as she can. She has been followed me and my store for about 2 months before we live the store. And I must say the tech team - Hai Pham Dinh, Cuong Nguyen Quoc, Luan Hoang Van, and Cuong Cao Xuan have done an amazing job when they make some changes to the code in my theme so the store and the app can run perfectly with each other. We are using both B2B/Wholesale Solution and B2B Login and Hide price app and we love it. Contact the team and they will help you with all dedication. Thank you team! Great works.

The strong point of this app is its flexibility which makes it suitable to cover more or less all aspects of a wholesale business. Customer service is very competent and fast. I had some difficulty setting some rules and June Nguyen together with her collghiu Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van solved my problems immediately. Il punto forte di questa app è le sua flessibilità che rende idonea a coprire più o meno tutti gli aspetti di un business wholesale. Il servizio clienti è molto competente e veloce. I have just installed the B2B/Wholesale Solution app and did have some struggle with the formatting of some pages but with the super fast and helpful support from June N. and the developer Dong L.T. I have managed to have it up and working as I hoped for. Many thanks again for your kind and fast support. This is how it should be done. The app itself is quite useful as it gives me all I need to support wholesale processes on my shop. We strongly recommend the app. The functions of the app are well structured and clear. At the beginning we had some issues with the setup. But the support consisting of Joy Nguyen (our contact person), and the developers Mai Van Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Hai helped us within a very short time. They were very friendly, kind and very helpful. We are sure that the support team will continue to help us so well in the future. Thus, minor issues will be fixed and solved in the minimum amount of time. The app works as intended so far. I asked for some tweaks about the business form and customer service agent Joy Nguyen and devs Hoang Van Luan and Hoang Van Tien quickly fixed my issue. I hope they will be still the same in the future in terms of helping their customers regarding different issues with the app.

Very pleased with this B2B app so far! It accomplishes many of the tasks that we need for our dealer portal on our website, and the custom pricing tools are probably the features we like (and use) the most. Anytime there has been an issue, the app developers have been very quick to respond, and always help us figure out how to change any applicable settings or fix code where need be. Shoutout to both Jennie and Trinh Viet Anh for helping us fix our latest hurdle :)

This app is great, it meets all of our B2B needs and is easy to understand. Even when we got stuck on some parts and needed some redesigning work to fit our website and company needs, we contacted the team and Jena Nguyen and dev Bui Thanh Phong resolved our issue with fast and professional turn around throughout. This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. The app is great if you're looking for a pretty straightforward B2B solution for a small business. We used it to set wholesale pricing for logged-in customers and all of this in the backend is pretty easy to set up. I recommend reading through the user guide first to familiarise yourself with how it works. The best part of the app though: As I had a very customised theme, I did need the help of the support team for a number of things and they were AMAZING!!! Joy and Dao Van Phu were beyond helpful. I had a lot of tricky requests and they were able to solve them but also provide clear instructions so I could make edits in the future if I need to update the theme. Always responding so quickly. They are my heros!!

B2B Customer Portal and B2B Wholesale solutions is a great app to look into if you want to set up special discounts and offer payment terms to wholesale clients. It is a useful extension that is a lot less costly than the official Shopify Pro app for those who want to build and grow their small business at a more affordable rate. While I came into some minor bugs and some confusion while using the app, the customer support exec, Jolie Nguyen, and developer, Mai Van Quy, were quick to assist me with all issues. Mai Van Quy would work on the back-end fixing all the technical issues while Jolie Nguyen would work directly with me and on the front-end to update me with all the processes. Overall it is a great experience - I would recommend these 2 apps to anyone who is looking for an extension that would help with growing their business.

I have this store and I have installed this app for my store to improve product display and boost sales. This program does exactly what it claims to do. I want to use the feature to generate registration forms for b2b clients. We have a problem with the form setting and rendering. And I have setting the auto tag and have some trouble with it. So I contacted the support team and June Nguyen assisted me properly. She and the tech guy Cuong Nguyen Quoc were able to handle the problem quickly and efficiently; difficulties were resolved within 24 hours of being reported. The app is now working perfectly on our website and we are very happy with it. Creating your own pricing plans is easy and they look professional. Support was also very helpful and they fixed any issues quickly. I appreciate their support. In summary, I am very happy wit the app and with the support. Highly recommend you guys.
