Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store. We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning registration form and wholesale set up. Thank you so much for your support (I am sure I will be in touch again at some point!).

Amazing customer service! Jennie and her team have been extremely quick to reply and address any customizations or questions I may have. We recently changed our name and domain to walstonarchitecturalproducts.com and they helped us transition smoothly.

We decided to use the B2B/Wholesale Solution App for our Shopify store to meet our client's specific requirements. Our client needed the ability to sell to B2B customers with different pricing and exclude VAT charges for them. This app fulfilled all the necessary criteria our client was seeking. Additionally, for the registration form, our client wanted B2B users to provide a valid EU VAT number along with other mandatory fields. Thanks to this app, we were able to effectively utilize the same Shopify store for both B2C and B2B customers. However, we did encounter some issues during the setup process, which led us to reach out to the app's support team. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional responsiveness and prompt assistance. The support provided by this app's team was truly fantastic.

We used this app in combination with their B2B Portal/Net Terms app, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would recommend this app and the B2B Portal/Net Terms app.

Great functionality for what we need, easy to use and plenty of additional features which are very useful such as custom pricelists, discounts etc. Customer support is also brilliant and always someone on hand to assist with any queries.

We encountered some problems after installation, and the technicians helped us solve them responsibly. The customer service is also very patient to answer my questions, and will give timely feedback to the questions.
