This is exactly what we were looking for in a B2B app! We tried another app, only to find out it didn't work with international pricing, where this one works with international pricing and it integrates better creating a more seamless experience for our customers. So far, the support has been great. As we are on EST in the US, it is a little tricky because of the time difference but they solved something correctly without my immediate input and we were very pleased.

Very quick response time, someone is always there to help us with any issues we are experiencing. Particularly when the prices on our site disappeared, the BSS guys helped us straight away and gave us a detailed response as to the reasons for the issue and ways to combat it in the future.
