We use this app for our reseller clients. We are very happy about this solution cause its much easier for our clients to order and also the selling volume of the resellerd get up. The Support team is super fast and resolves every issue immediately. Great app

Exceptional customer service. There were a few things not working during setup and June and the team were amazing at fixing them quickly and providing continued support during the setup process!

This is a fabulous out of the box solution. It is a low cost solution and then any extras are available from the same team at reasonable prices. There is a very good trial period allowing you to get it set up and tested without paying a cent. Support is 7+ hours ahead of us but once I worked out the time difference support was excellent. I really got the feeling that I was getting personal one-to-one support. Once the installation is complete the app is very robust.

Joy and Staff are quick to response on my inquiry. What you see on the demo is what you get no hidden or what so ever. If you encounter some problem the staff is quick to solve or give you solution on it. Would definitely recommend the app.

Having used a slow invoice/email process for wholesale through shopify for 2 years, this has been a great alternative to have on our shopify store. Only wish this option had a slightly higher tier which includes the hide/lock price option (paying for two separate apps requires ongoing wholesale sales to justify) but it streamlines everything into one store. With this setup, I don't need a second site, spending more time keeping tabs on stock across both sites, which can't be easily synced. Overall, the team is great and they produced exactly what I was looking for in a short period of time. Emma and her team constantly checked in to make sure everything was to the standard / UI / UX I was looking for. Not cheap for a small shop, but invaluable when it comes to the overall function and flow from the back-end.

Tom did an excellent job understanding our packaging situation and modified our B2B Wholesale Pricing App so we could charge appropriately for different levels of packaging. Tech support is in Vietnam, which means that you have to iterate once a day, but Tom was diligent in addressing product support needs. We iterated several times to get the checkout workflow experience I was looking for. Thanks for the great support.

Excellent app. Excellent customer service. We had been using another slightly cheaper app, which did not work on all browsers, switched to B2B and after a little support, everything is great. Lots of features. Worth the extra!
